Southern food made fast. Ezell’s Express is a restaurant built on traditional recipes and principles, but merged with a modern flare.
The Ezell’s fish tale is a story that begins with one determined man living in a small South Alabama town during the Great Depression. CA Ezell started off with a single hook and fishing line, selling his catch to travelers on the Tombigbee River. As the decades passed, Ezell’s Fish Camp became one of the South’s most well-known institutions, most famous for catfish, slaw and hush puppies.
Eighty years and two generations later, CA’s grandson, Agnew Hall shares the dream his grandfather once had. Armed with knowledge from the past and a desire to help his fellow man, Agnew created a new twist on an old tale. Ezell’s Express is built on traditional recipes and principles, but merged with a modern flare. Agnew and co-owner Sam Miles proudly welcome you to share in the next chapter of this epic fish tale.
