One of my favorite gyms in this area. The coaching team is phenomenal and workouts are fun and challenging. This morning's drop in class was the perfect way to start the weekend.
This place is so legit!! They have such a welcoming, friendly environment. They utilized the space so well, everything is really well kept, and clean. Not only are the coaches really kind, the members are kind too. This place can accommodate both beginners as well as advanced athletes. They don't make you feel less of a person when you're not as great at a movement. The coaches offer alternative exercises for those who aren't as advanced & for those who are advanced, they still offer support, constructive criticism, and just motivation sometimes. Which is also important! Whatever it might be you're looking for in a gym, this place is it. And whatever proficiency level you're at, they will accommodate you. You will grow & do some awesome things at this place!
My local gym, come here 3x/week and love it. Friendly people, good workouts, supportive community. The coaches are great at helping you learn how to do all the exercises properly. You see all kinds of people here, it's a diverse crowd. Come check it out!
First time coming in here and it was a great and fun experience! This was my second time actually taking a crossfit class and the coaches were very helpful with respect to showing the proper technique and movement. Very friendly and energetic atmosphere with everyone pushing each other. It was a very challenging and fun class and I will definitely come back!
I'm in Lyndhurst visiting family for a week and decided to try 3 different boxes in the area. Being stationed in Oklahoma and now Fort Bragg, North Carolina, I've been to a number of gyms both in the South and the Midwest. Of all the boxes, Animal Crossfit is definitely one of the best gyms I've been to, hands down. What stuck out the most is the overall atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned veteran, a casual athlete, or someone who's never done it, you can trust the coaches with confidence to ensure you get the most out of the workout. I am in no means anything elite, but this is one of three gyms ever where every time I finish a WOD, I don't have the gas in the tank to do anything else. Finally, everyone is friendly and the experience itself is a blast. People are joking around, talking about whatever, but when it's game time, everyone is attacking the workout. It's also cool how people cheered each other on rather than criticize. Whenever I can visit, I'll definitely come back to Animal Crossfit. If y'all were in the south, I would've definitely suggested this name to my peers and my team. Anyone in the area should give it a shot. It's a great time. Thank you!
I wouldn't recommend this place……… Workout wise this place is fine but “ Owners“ behave in unprofessional manner to a point that they would insult their customers and tell you “ I’m an owner” Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. If they gonna respond to this post I’d like to ask, did you refund the money owed when I tried to leave, or did I have to go through my bank?
