Imperial Electro Plating

We got a quote to have an oil rubbed bronze finish applied to 250 solid brass window locks. We sent a sample of what we wanted for the finished product when we asked for the quote. We sent the hardware sets individually wrapped and got back a jumbled box of hardware that looked like it had been dumped in a tar pot and then had most of the tar burned off by a blow torch. Completely unusable. After many back-and-forths we only got a refund of half of what we had paid and had to pay another plaing company more than that to clean the pieces enough to send out to be re-plated again. Do not use these people!

They do big lots of barrel plating for the company I work for. Mostly brass toggle switches and the like. Always fast and never quality issues.

We have done business with this company for decades. They are nice to deal with, do excellent work and are fairly priced.
