F45 Training is a fun, dynamic new way to work out, whether you’re a professional athlete or it’s your first time ever setting foot in the gym. It’s designed to be non-intimidating and to cater to all different levels of fitness. F45 combines strength, cardio, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to create an extremely effective workout in just 45 minutes.
Each class consists of 45 second bursts of activity followed by 15 seconds of rest. With over 3,500 different exercises, there’s always a new challenge to conquer at F45, and you’ll never do the same workout twice. Classes are as hard as you want them to be, and the exercises are suitable for any fitness level, from beginner to advanced. The team environment at F45 makes for a positive, upbeat atmosphere that actually makes you look forward to working out.
Meet the Owner:
Bill Campbell is the owner of F45’s Staunton location. He is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who has coached hundreds of athletes and is passionate about helping people to become the best version of themselves. That’s what motivated him to launch F45 Staunton—Bill’s goal is to help people get into the best shape of their lives, and more importantly, to have fun doing it.
When he’s not in the gym, you’ll usually find Bill training for his next half marathon or obstacle course race. Recently, he placed first in his division and in the top 10% overall in the Spartan Super in Virginia. In his downtime, Bill loves hiking, camping, and riding his motorcycle.
