FAB Method is a unique, fast-paced fitness program combining the best of contemporary Pilates with cardiovascular conditioning.
Clients will lengthen, strengthen, define and reshape their muscles and body to fun pumping music. Our signature 50-minute class focuses on full-body conditioning. We also offer specialized classes, Jumpboard (low impact alternative cardio workout utilizing plyometric training without gravity while still incorporating our FAB pilates flows) classes and private training.
