I came a LONG distance to get here, because I heard they had plus size clothing. We get to the store only to be told they didn't carry any, and it can be found online. Well that's useless as I can't try on or feel fabrics online. Are they embarrassed to carry them in store? Will it "tarnish" their reputation to have full figured people shop there? I just don't understand why companies like this make an attempt to be inclusive, yet don't actually go the full distance. It was a wasted trip and I hate that. With that said, if you're a skinny Minnie and able to purchase from here, the store was clean and laid out well, and the stock looked lovely with beautiful colours and options. Just a shame they can't be totally inclusive; that's how they lose sales.
They were training some new hires when I came in so there were a lot of employees on the sales floor. This was only my second time in. I purchased a bunch of stuff online and I had some returns and an exchange. The person I dealt with was training someone else whom she was patient and kind to yet managed not to slow down my transaction at all. I had a few questions and the trainer was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They continued my return while another person grabbed my exchange item and led me to a fitting room. While I was in the fitting room there was a girl in there constantly checking on sizes and to make sure we all had what we needed. It was friendly, quick service and I was all about it. I will most definitely be purchasing again. Also I am a leggings girl and these ones are so buttery and smooth but also not see through! Magic!!!
The customer service is so great!!! Mary Megan, Angelica are so great!! My first experience in this store, highly recommend way better than Lululemon experience
Decent clothing. I came in to try sizes on and help understanding the different legging options I could not really decipher from their website. The sales people were all clustered chatting. After not acknowledging me for awhile, they seemed pained to ask if I needed help. They were disappointed I said yes. Hearing the lady assigned to help me was impossible over the insanely loud music. Apparently this store doubles as a night club or something??? I did find some clothes I would like to buy, however, walking back up front into the music and being frustrated with the weird attitude and booming music I left without purchasing. I won’t be returning. I went to Nordstrom’s and was able to find a lot of great clothes, pleasant shopping environment and nice sales person who did not act like I was an annoyance.
The products themselves are pretty good but a bit overpriced compared to competitors. Horrible customer service, however! I waited 3 weeks to receive an order and received an authorization to return it before I even received it! When "my" order did come, it was someone else's order that I then had to ship back. They did "compensate" me by rushing the correct order which I still haven't received. I cancelled my "VIP" membership.
I am a lulu and lorna jane addict so almost didnt come in, but had a blast and left with just 2 items I love. Customer service was great, I tried on a few things and got honest feedback from the people working there. I was also returning something I purchased online, and they honored the discount I got for my new purchase. After I decided on what I wanted they gave me a mimosa as well! So fun with some great ladies working :
I am a fan of Kate Hudson's line. They accepted my return without any hassles. I wish the store would come to Victoria gardens or Ontario mills; it's a long way. Next time I will try some clothes on because I really wanted to try on trinity pocket leggings. More so I like that they had their own DJ it really made it fun and inviting. Nevertheless I ran into the memorial sale for advertised 50 percent off of entire purchase but it seemed like it was 50 percent off the clothes not underwear, little disappointed the nice sales clerk made it seem like it would lesser. I really wanted the mila pocket shorts,it was sold out online and it was fully stocked here except in the color, shadow.
Won't refund money and have refund items it's been over a month. They placed an order without my knowledge and then told me they won't refund me because they've already shipped items and I'll have to return items. Waited two weeks to recieve items and found out some items where final sell so I had to call and just to get a shipping label. Finally sent back items a day later. Called a week later cause they told me I would get a refund once shipping label was scanned was told USPS must have lost items. I looked and it was already scannned days prior. Then I called back and was put on hold for over 30 min to be told I wouldn't get refund until they received items. I called last week and they had received items a week ago and hadn't processed my refund was told they would process it but when I called today they said an item was damaged in a package I had not even opened and they would not process my refund and they are keeping my items from a purchase they made without my knowledge.
I tracked my package and it says it was delivered but I have never received it. Called Febletics who told me I have to call usps. Called usps and can't get through, used the voice system to track package which says the tracking number is wrong. This is the worst experience ever. I decided to try you guys out and spent 90 on a pair of pants never received. Starting to think this company is a scam.
I had a VIP membership. I called to cancel it at the beginning of March and was never informed by the agent over the phone that I should receive a cancellation email. Come to find out when I got my bank statement I was charged $49 April and May for a vip membership. I am very frustrated with this company. Will not be a returning customer.
