My experiences at Face Forward have always been nothing short of Amazing. Megan at the front desk is so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've had facial treatments with Peggi and they were incredible. Dr. Roma is very experienced as well and delivers perfect results every time. The spa is a great atmosphere and I always leave feeling refreshed and with a smile on my face!
The treatments and services are top notch. I was eager to return after a year 1/2 break due to Covid. While I was receiving a facial, I heard an earful about how Covid is "no big deal" and vaccines are not necessary. A friend had a similar experience with a different esthetician. I understand there are varying differences of opinions about masks/vaccines. I do think, however, it's important for existing and prospective clients to be informed/ask questions about FF's Covid protocols before booking an appointment if they DO think Covid is a big deal.
From the second you walk into Dr. Roma Franzia's Face Forward's Spa you are welcomed by a relaxing and tranquil environment. From the lovely and friendly receptionist Megan, to the knowledgeable and cheerful Peggi, the resident aesthetician, and of course Dr. Roma, I felt well cared for. I had so many questions regarding many different beauty issues. Each question was thoroughly and thoughtfully answered. I was able to choose from many options to develop my unique treatment plan and every step was explained throughout each procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Franzia and her wonderful team at Face Forward. I will be back!
I went to see Dr. Roma a few months before my wedding for a consult. The facility is a truly amazing place and the staff is fantastic! Dr. Roma was so pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions and develop a plan to achieve the look I wanted for my big day. I could not have been happier with the results. My face looked flawless for my wedding and I owe it all to Dr. Roma

Peggy is simply the best, I have been going to her for well over a decade, everyone employed here us warm and welcoming. The spa is very clean and provides a very tranquil atmosphere.
I'm hooked on Face Forward - some of the best products, treatments and technology on the North Shore; a complete medical spa experience. Peggi as the lead esthetician is very professional and knowledgeable; taking the time to listen to your concerns and personalize a treatment for you. An overall relaxing and refreshing spa. Gentle music, soft lighting and good service aside, Face Forward has a staff that truly makes you feel comfortable, welcomed, and dare I say it...beautiful!
I love this place. Dr. Fanzia and all of her staff are very helpful and kind. They always respond to my email questions and phone messages. The spa is also beautfiul and very clean. I have done several treatments there and love the results!!
