Good prices.. not always accurate on the sizing and it doesn't help that they don't do returns or have a dressing room to try on the clothes before buying them. Very disorganized you need time to spend to be able to look. Not stroller friendly as everything is so tight inside you can barely squeeze through the clothing racks to look.
Have to admit, this is my go to place when I need to stage a house, redecorate a room, buy gifts, bedding, linens, throw pillows, and especially wall art, and have redone 7 rooms and started here each and every time. I'll gladly pay their prices, just stay away from the cheapest sheets. However everything else is the best value in town.
Terrible customer service! I work across the street and called to inquire if they carried a specific item. The lady responded, " I don't know, you'll have to come and look". Seriously? If you were the only one there, you could have said that... But I doubt this was the case from her nonchalant, aloof attitude. If you don't like dealing w/customers, don't be in a customer service business. I will never go there again & will tell my many co-workers also...
The store is filthy. The carts are nasty. They never ever clean the floor. There were spiders crawling in the rack we were browsing through. Deals are good but who wants to shop in a nasty store? There are other locations.
Got here at 812 then 5 minute Into being inside a girl Got on the intercom and said “closing in 20 minutes” when store hours say 9pm and on top of that we asked marisol for a basket that was high on top of a self and she’s immediately responded with an attitude saying “ughhh really???” And then once I clarified that yes I in fact wanted it she AGAIN asked “REALLY??” If your employees aren’t willing to get things for customers that are out of reach maybe management should fix the lay out. On the bright side Kevin was a gem
Great deals, plenty of parking, cluttered, lots of junk but if patient one can find good quality inexpensive items.

Store closing, lots of sweats and leftover school uniforms, teen clothes, men and kids. Look closely, a few tops had rips, missing beads etc.
