Love this place--consortium of dealers--tons of vintage, antique items, jewelry & clothes--reasonable prices. I was shopping for Xmas pins which I give to my 4 daughters every year--believe me it's hard to find different ones after doing it for years. I found great ones here as well as cast iron multi-plate hanger which I've been searching for--I love that there are lots of nooks & crannies to explore--all with different types of items. The folks who work here are super helpful & generally know quite a bit about vintage & antique items if you have questions.
Tried to visit during posted business hours. Gate and door was unlocked but lights off and nobody there. Tried to call and email owner but both were not in service. Called police to investigate. Visited a second time and it wasn't worth the wait.
Always a great experience with this long standing antique store that take you back memory lane with excellent customer service too. If you adore nostalgia, check it out!
I'm a new generation pinup and always look for 30's -50's bags, clothing, shoes etc.. Many years ago with my mother I bought a nice bag here when I was a kid and the women here were very kind. This time around after all these years, as an adult, I don't know what the issue was with these women. I was kind enough to stay out of everyone's way and used my manners. They greeted me once I came which was nice. After browsing I was on my way to wait in line and the same woman greeted me. I greeted back and started waiting in line to purchase a beautiful blouse and was going to ask about a beautiful bird cage I saw. $250 was not bad for the price of it, but no one really asked or stopped to help me. Clearly the blouse was in my hand and the 2 women there obviously saw me but didn't care to ask if I was ready. Even after saying hello to me they ignored me completely. I was really questioning if I did anything wrong. Decided to forgive it, told myself they're so busy they probably didn't notice me. After about a good 5 minutes, one of the customers actually had to tell one of the women that i was ready to check out despite them seeing I was standing in line AND despite one of the women already being behind the counter! As expected with these places I brought cash, but I took out my card out of habit and the woman at the desk just shook her head before I even got a chance to fix my mistake, the woman just said "No." Never telling me it was cash only as a reminder. Never saying cards aren't accepted. Nothing. She just said no and then after, told me the price of the blouse after. Not once did she even look at with me. I was obviously not wanted there for whatever reason. I gave the blouse to the woman, told her I had left my cash in the car and walked out. I will never go back.
Good antique store with multiple dealers and many treasures waiting to be uncovered! Give yourself 30-45 minutes to brouse through this mall.
Okay, at this very unique store i found two items that were a must have. When i buy just about anything my mind is always towards "can i sell it for a profit afterwords" if not i dont buy. But, tho i found these two treasures, i didnt find any old ceramic from waaay back that would be worth reselling, so most everything i wud call intimate memorabilia. But keep in mind that this place has a lot of items, the way i c it is the worth of these items is weighed on what the item means to the buyer.
This store is the best in so cal.. they have beautiful items.not to mention the best staff.very well supplied, and packed with treasures.Ge....
Full of really cool stuff... Prob would have got more but the isles were narrow wheelchair not very friendly. Stuck a few times and couldnt get into some places to look. ... Dont know if ill ever go back for i dont see them fixing the wheelchair prob. There older people they don't have time to make it acceptable for a persons in a wheelchair... Sorry ...my money spends other places where i can move around so i can buy more. .
Nadine, the owner, has been here a very long time. She buys and sells. I've found unique gifts here. She also donated to our high school auction. Thanks Nadine.
Great people. Nice and clean. Homeless people ran in the store. And owner made them leave
