I’ve always hated going to the dentist since I can remember, never felt comfortable. But ever since I decided to give Dr.Le and his staff a chance, I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dental practice before. The way Dr. Le works is amazing he cares so much about his patients and treats everyone like they are his family. He’s a very reasonable/kind hearted person and cares about your health more than anything. The front/ back staff are just amazing they do everything in their power to make sure you have the best experience. I 100% recommended Fair City Mall Dental Care as your primary dentist.
I came in for a check-up on my dental health and was welcomed by a professional, yet friendly staff. Dr. Le was efficient and very detailed in his work and through all of his explanations. He came up with a multi-step dental plan for me and now I am achieving and maintaining a healthier smile! I highly recommend Fair City Mall Dental Care as it will feel like you’re catching up with your friends… and taking care of your oral health at the same time!
Dr. Le and his staff do everything possible to make the patient feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything with such clarity. I have always had a fear of seeing a dentist, but Dr. Le makes it easy. So far, I have had two appointments for cleaning and one for some work on a few of my recessed teeth. He was wonderful. Everyone in the office is very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Le and staff.
Dr. Le and his staff are the best. I’ve had a lot of issues including a crown, an extraction and now an implant placement and every time Dr. Le has done a great job. His assistants are caring and friendly and everyone takes great pains to put me at ease. I am so glad I found this dental practice.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This dentist is a crook. He took advantage of my 89 year old mother by taking over $3000 of her money for one cleaning! And when she tried to get her money back, the refunded her $299! AVOID THEM!
Dr. Lee and his staff are all nothing less than expectional. They're courteous, efficient, professional, and very accommodating. Dr. Lee was very thoughtful in designing a treatment plan that suited my needs and I've already started recommending him to my friends and family. He was the third dentist I visited while I looked into getting a few extractions, some implants, fast braces, and whitening to top it all off. And now Dr. Lee will be my new primary dentist going forward. I was so happy with the service I received, I can not recommend Fair City Dental enough. If you're looking for a trusted place for dental services, this is the place to go without any hesitation.
I am a new patient and came to DR. Lee’s office for teeth extraction, everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming. I had a lot of questions about my insurance and what should I do on my problems Dr.Lees and his team explained everything to me in every detail and have given me many suggestions. I definitely recommend everyone to come to Dr.lee’s office , it’s the most comfortable experience I had in a very long time. At last I want to thanks Dr.Lee, Ms.Fadia, Ms.Tika, and Ms. Vanessa for being so patient with all of my questions and see you guys soon!
I needed an Emergency Tooth extraction on a Saturday, and Fair City Mall Dental Care was awesome. The staff and Dr Le walked me thru the entire procedure which he made completely painless. I can only thank the entire team for being so wonderful during a traumatic experience.
Dr. Lee offered me best possible treatment with importantly for me a great price. I think expertise is important to prevent lack of quality and return trips. The team offered me the best care and they were great performers too. This place will take care of you literally and I have been to several.doctors before.
I came to this place with no insurance and from the experience I had wasn’t too pleasant. The nicest people in the building was the Indian lady at the front and the dental assistant with the hijab. The Spanish women who was cleaning my teeth was very aggressive and did not floss my teeth. When it came to paying for my service, I was told to sit down like I was a childwhile another staff member attempted to pitch me a contract to come back and get more work done on my teeth. This is the problem with dentist and orthodontist company’s. These people are not doctors. Their purpose is not to help you. It’s to get as much money as possible from your bank account. I hope this helps them be more compassionate towards people. Approach this place with caution.
