My family loves coming to this theater! It is always clean and welcoming! The staff is very welcoming and helpful! I had my bag checked which I was a little mad about, but then I understood that it was for everyone’s safety.

This movie theatre now lets you buy & pick your seats in advance so you don't have to get there early to find seats together. They have nice seating arrangents, the lobby is big & has seating so if your kids see a different movie, they can wait for you inside. The employees are friendly. Good concessions, we just get the kid box as it comes with soft fruit gummies, popcorn, and a small soda. If you want refills on a soda, you can get a large. They were out of flavored popcorn powder, so next time I will bring my own.

Went and watched Avatar in 3D... left with a headache. Probably done with 3D movies.. Theater was clean, not very packed. Concessions are way over priced just like every other theater.

We just tickets online and it's very convenient that they have a scanner to scan for yourself. We were there for the $3 ticket night and it was pretty packed. Huge line for popcorn, but it moved so quick there was no issue.

This place has a fully wheelchair accessible front sidewalk that is the same level as the asphalt across the entire entryway. They is a large food selection including regular movie snacks, nachos, pizza, and even ice cream I believe. There is a large lobby so the place never feels crowded even when there are lines and there is even a small arcade. Staff are always friendly and helpful even when there is a free event. Went to the free kids movie that happens weekly all summer. Movies were better than I remember from previous years including some fairly recent releases.

Love the Original Tri-Cities Fairchild spot! Pros: It’s a good place to avoid the crowds, not sit elbow to elbow and pay a little less. Downsides: The seats don’t recline, and you can’t buy beer. That’s not a big deal to me though.

Great theater. We love the free kids movies in the morning. Kids love coming out to the movies. Down side is the chairs are traditional unlike the new theaters whose chairs recline.

Clean, nice and loud. I am one that loves loud this places Atmos sound theatre is a treat and on the verge of being uncomfortably loud. Loved watching Black Adam there with my boys.

First they tell me they have to search my purse which is against my rights. I ask to see it in their policy and they show me a typed memo not policy. The theater was dirty, empty and salty popcorn..The movie was great! I was visiting with granddaughter. It was my first time there and my last. I would not recommend
