We teach children as young as 6 years old and adults the fun of machine sewing in a creative, encouraging, safe and most importantly, FUN environment.
About My Classes
•We teach children between ages 7-17 -
•Adults 18+
•Mommy & Me Classes- 1 set of Mommy and child(ren)
•Children students must be able to learn & interact well in a group environment, follow directions, and read well.
•Each student is provided an individual sewing station, which includes a sewing machine and tools.
•Children Sewing Curriculum I use is "Kids Can Sew"
•Adult Sewing Curriculum is one I have developed. Easy, simple, yet comprehensive
•My students will come away from my classes being a confident sewer.
We at Fairhope Sewing School focus on the new, renewed and “kind of” sewer. We offer classes for children and adults from basic sewing skills to craft, apparel, home decorating, adult and children's apparel.
My Mission is to share my passion for sewing to others.
