I am having a terrible experience with Luxury Nails and Spa these days. It seems as if the atmosphere has turned into a stampede of people getting some service and get cycled out for the next cycle of the same thing.  I am also having a serious customer service issue. I've been a customer of pedicures and fill ins for more than 30 years and in that time I have seen good techniques and bad techniques. Good customer service and not so good customer service. Luxury Nails and Spa Salon does not have good techniques. I am recently experiencing where the brand of Shellac that is being used is chipping my toe nails. I keep talking to the Bad manager Johnnie and he keeps brushing me off and saying I bumped my toe when that is not the case. The pedicure technician burned my toe nail when she was filing with the electronic drill. And now my natural nails are  torn to pieces. I ask for a refund after I had to call him several times to get an understanding and I had to go back out there which is at least 20 miles from my home to rectify this situation. I did not get a resolve. Johnnie wanted to make a drama instead of just refunding my money for the poor job. And it turned into a ugly scene.  I am seeking legal advice to counsel me on how to handle my damages to my toe nails and I am calling the state board of cosmetology to ask for an investigation. This has really upset me and will keep me from being able to wear Sandler's this summer unless I allow the nail shops to put acrylic on my toes. I do not wear acrylic on my toes. It also will increase my cost and budget that I use to take care of my hygiene. I am being treated unfairly by the staff at Luxury Nails and Spa Salon in Fairlane Mall and I do not suggest people to continue to support this business as they do not care about people, they just want our money. There are so many things that went wrong during my last servicing with them.  I will not patronize them again. Picture shows "That's not chipped paint, that my toenail missing after being serviced at Luxury Nails and Spa Salon with a $61 pedicure."

This salon is clean and inviting, but the true draw is the friendly staff. Everyone was kind and considerate and we enjoyed the experience.

I had a pleasure of being serviced by Julie this afternoon and she did an amazing job. My nails are so pretty and she was gentle and kind. Highly Recommend!Services:&nbsp;Nail art

I usually love this place but this last time I just don’t think I’ll be back. I got a mani pedi with shellac they tried to charge $108 and fixed it to $93. My issue is my nails look horrid, no manicure was done and my shellac is laid horrible like come on why are the streaks. Polish not laid at the cuticle I’m just not happy I paid almost $100. Ben the best thing coming out of there so only ask for him.

Highly recommend to get your nails done by Victor. Very amazing also very nice and does a very good job. First time coming here and I love it, I know that after this i will he coming here every time i need my nails did with Victor. Another thanks to you Victor.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

First time in and I have to say I’m disappointed. The woman who did my nails was exceptionally rude when I asked for a fill. Didn’t do what I asked, the color is extremely uneven so it looks like I have 3 different shades of red and portions of my nails aren’t even coated with polish. And when I paid she didn’t even say have a good day or ask if I wanted to tip. Won’t be going back because they don’t seem to care about quality service.

I wish I would have known better than to come to this place all I got was a shellac polish on my real nails… I had to return the very next day on top of when I left same issue happened again I asked for matte coat on top it doesn’t even look matte at all and that was 5 dollars more… I want to go back tomorrow but I’m not even going to waste my time I’ll just take a lost but I’ll never return please even if your in a rush don’t go here all they are doing is taking our money and giving out poor service all most of my nails keep doing this bubbling up and this is after leaving at 5pm it’s now 9:38 all I did was take a shower ps the manager is up front smoking breeze pen and playing on the phone all day

It hasn’t been a whole week and 2 of my nails have popped off and 2 others are lifting! This is highly irritating because I paid too much money for this to be happening plus I’m a hairstylist so hair is constantly getting snagged under my nails. If I hit my nail on something and it bends, it hurts like hell! I shouldn’t have to put more glue on. Their drills are too harsh on your nails. The man with the ponytail, chain and bead bracelet has no personality at all! I sensed that he had an attitude. It seemed like he didn’t feel like doing nails and he wanted to be done for the day. I’m so straight on y’all. No wonder y’all have low ratings. Get it together.
