Fairmont Community Hospital Foundation, a non-profit organization, operates exclusively in charitable purpose in support of Mayo Clinic Health System-Fairmont. The Foundation maintains a high standard of fund-raising ethics and integrity in financial responsibility to the donor and the beneficiary. Support of medical services at the local hospital remains the only priority.
"Our Mission:The mission of Fairmont Community Hospital Foundation, a not-for-profit 501 C 3 corporation, is the development, management and distribution of philanthropic support to assist Mayo Clinic Health System – Fairmont, Minnesota MCHS-Fairmont in providing excellent health care for the local area.Our Purpose:The purpose of Fairmont Community Hospital Foundation is to obtain funds through charitable giving, to invest and administer those funds, and to allocate them to MCHS-Fairmont to enhance patient care, provide health-related education, purchase clinical equipment and fund nursing scholarships."
