Staff here is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. When my department sends clients here they are constantly losing things, misguiding people, and passing judgement. They are in the wrong career with this work ethic and attitude.
Constantly misplacing or losing peoples documents. Some of the staff is extremely rude, very judgmental, never call back, lots more etc.
