Very rude on the phone. And this was AFTER I had called 3 times leaving messages with a callback number. I needed a question answered, left my name and number, and didn't hear back from them. Called again, left a message, this time I have my grandfather's name, and got a return call this morning very snotty attitude on the other end. I guess you're SOL if you have a question but don't include a name in the message. Maybe its is wrong of me to refrain from saying personal details over a voicemail, but I make a habit of not giving names, birthdates, phone numbers over the answering machines since it can be heard throughout the office.
Person whom I spoke to is very rude and unprofessional. Lost my plot paperwork in a fire and asked for a replacement. I was told there was a copy I can receive and would get a call back to settle it and never received that call. When I called back again the rude lady had no answer as to how long it would take for me to get my copy. They took my money for the plot and now it's a problem to receive a copy of MY plot paperwork and she is the only person there. Def wouldn't recommend them and I give them a thumbs down on customer service and professionalism.
Let's see. No one at the desk on Sunday during opening hours. No one answering the phone today and no answering machine. No website. No online Cemetery Plot Map, so family can get an idea of where their loved ones are interred before they come to visit. Fairview...we're almost 2 decades into the 21st Century. Make at least some half-hearted effort to keep up with technology and the needs/desires of folks who have loved ones buried there.
I’m very disappointed that the cemetery closes at 4:30pm. It does not give enough time to the people who work pass 4:30pm and want to pass by, especially for a special occasion. Gates should be open to the public up to 8pm.
Very disappointed gates were closed on Easter Sunday 2020, gates were closed this Saturday at 3pm when sign says open until 430, and gates were closed today which is Sunday April 19th 2020 .. and no one answers phone... haven't been able to visit since my mother in law was actually buried!
I was there in 2013 . It's such a beautiful Paradise. I able to get in. And talk with the security guard that was watching over WHITNEY HOUSTON'S GRAVE!!! It was a beautiful experience.
Nicely kept. Great crew of field workers and office staff very pleasant and helpful.
