I came in for a simple Mantoux appointment arrived a little early. Everyone got called in before me. Front desk sent a message to the back. Nothing. It shouldn’t be too much to ask for value my time as I value yours by arriving on time for my appointment.

THIS PLACE IS A LEGITIMATE SCAM FOR PEOPLES MONEY! read other reviews  Do NOT trust the information given by any staff member at this location.  Called to confirm SEVERAL times that the form that was being submitted was correct. When at the appointment the doctor advised she had no idea what the form was and the women that did help us hid in the office as the other one explained they couldn't help with the form.  This was all at a cost of 500.00 for zero results. It literally feels like I was directly lied to and scammed out of 500.00 to have my time wasted.  Find another location. It's not worth the headache or the flat out incompetent staff.

I had a scheduled annual physical today and after my vitals were recorded, I was given a gown and told to wait for the doctor. At least 40 minutes later, the doctor had not shown up so I decided to leave.  The staff I interacted with front desk and the PA were both friendly and apologetic, but there’s no way I would recommend this place for primary care.

I stopped going here after never being seen on time. Making morning appointments didn't help - I'd wait at least 20-30 min after my appointment time for either myself or my kids. It's nice to have in the neighborhood but I won't use it for primary care.

I went in for an urgent care visit late on a Friday afternoon and I was dreading a long wait. The long line was handled efficiently and the clinic was well staffed. Everyone was friendly and my MD was kind and knowledgeable. The problems that arose in the waiting room were handled with calm attentiveness.

Finally found a long term primary care doctor at Fairview and was seeing my doctor for a couple years. Then all of the sudden when I go to schedule a visit, I find out she has left the clinic. So then I do the research to move on to a new doctor at the same clinic. Took a couple months to get in. Then when I finally got in for my appointment, the front desk tells me that the doctor didn’t want to form a relationship with me because he also would be leaving the clinic. No one told me this until I got to my appointment in person. What a huge waste of time and effort. I then called the patient support line hoping they could help me find another doctor that would take new patients and someone that would be there for awhile. It took forever to actually find anyone to talk to from the clinic. Hold times on the phone are always 20-40 minutes long. I also wanted to tell them about my poor patient experience. They put me in touch with an Amber Brown who is supposed to be the manager of the clinic and I was supposed to be high priority to get back to. Well, I’ve left 5 voice messages for her now after she told me she would call me. No communication, no nothing. Poorly ran and poorly organized clinic that does not care about its patients. Will be moving to find somewhere else. Somewhere more stable and somewhere that I’m known and appreciated as a patient.

I always visit with Jenny Botton. She’s one whom is for: being seeing by specialist @ Mayo. She also spends a little more time & not in a typical rush. Furthermore; My Health Insurance cover most of the bill.  Never had a problem, especially in the New Bldg. Excellent Passionated Staff; on spite of the complaints; it doesn’t bother me, therefore, I get to see a person faster, especially after Hrs,

I've never been so appalled by a clinic.  In the past I went to Fairview Hiawatha,  since covid that clinic was closed,  and my provider went to highland.  Dr. Drhuvan. I wasn't completely happy with the care in the past but I went to her for so long, and it was hard finding someone new. I had a appt first thing in the morning before going to work.  I believe it was at 7.  I got there,  and was brought back to the room rather quickly,  which I was shocked.  Welllll I sat there 45 min.  The  dr came in,  I told her what I needed and specifically requested certain labs asked for by my trainer.  After a lil argument she she said fine. Fast forward.... labs weren't done, I messaged requesting them a couple  times, again getting the run around. Then my labs expired so they couldn't be done. Fast forward... I was billed for the lab not done twice,  and most of the routine ones that were covered every yr previous.  They refuse to take it off. Such a scam! Healthcare is a joke! I will never go back there nor should anyone

Went to Fairview Highland Park Urgent Care for the first time and not only did the lady at the front desk get my name wrong she had my ID right in front of her, she also got my phone number wrong that I had written down in a piece of paper. The visit itself went well but I didn't receive the results of my blood test because they didn't have correct contact information. Fortunately there wasn't any problem, but if the results were abnormal and I didn't know about it it could have been problematic. I'm giving two stars because the PA and the nurses were nice and efficient.
