Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with
you wherever you go. Faith-Filled Fitness was developed to teach and encourage
others on their fitness journey to learn the fundalmentals of exercise, whether
you are a beginner, or looking to continue and seek new and exciting challenges
to build endurance while increasing muscle toning. Faith-Filled Fitness is spiritually
based, and built on the foundation of being strong (physically fit temple), and
courageous (no fear, hesitation) to start a fitness plan whether if its your first
time and/or seeking a new workout); by not being intimidated by renewing your
mind and body. Group and individual (private) classes are available, and meets
regularly, with the flexibility to “pay as you go,” – currently the group class rate,
is only $10/hour.; while individual/private session, starts at $25/hour
(to be determined, based on location/travel). Group classes are presently offered
twice a week (Mondays & Thursdays @ from 7-8pm), for adult females only.
Additional group classes, are available (as requested) , to other types of combinations
(ie, male group, coed, kids, special days/evenings)--prices may vary, depending
on day/time. Faith-Filled Fitness is comprised of indoor and /or outdoor High Interval
Intensity Training (HIIT), (varying high/low modifications, if needed) – which includes
(and not limited to); strength training, muscle toning, and cardiovascular drills to
increase stamina, coordination and flexibility. Each class offers group team building
opportunities; to meet new people, and share in their fitness adventure.
Classes are challenging, and offer a variety of fun innovative drills, that provides a
total body workout for all to enjoy. Items needed: Appropriate cross-training
fitness shoes, bottled water, hand towel, jump rope, and exercise floor mat
(optional: hand-held weights, fitness ball, stepper).
