After embarking on culinary adventures throughout Europe and America, Venezuela-born Chef Milvia decided to park her food truck in the buzzing downtown of Silver Spring, Maryland.

Fresh and exotic ingredients – Ají Dulce, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Garlic, Cumin – renders a surplus of delectable flavors.
Each order is made from scratch. A short walk from the office will bring you a mouthwatering Ceviche Taco, a Pabellón Arepa and an Artisanal Fettuccine (which you can fix with your own sauce) or enjoy the most delicious Lasagna on the Pasta Oliva* window. A culinary trip through continents and countries, completed with a deluxe Salsa Bar.
