I price have gone up and portion sizes decreased, Been coming to them for years this was a large portion of noodle’s and. Large Brisket , just look how much brisket I got. I am finding a different restaurant, Noodles are not that expensive !!!Food: 1/5
This was ABSOLUTELY most distressing experience I have had at this establishment. After spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, over the last few years at this restaurant, I was chagrined to note that my to-go order contained and the manager tried her best to justify a 3/4 full container of Pho broth! It's one thing to make an error in measurement; it is another thing to try and rationalize with a half-baked explanation! I've been coming here for years and know exactly what I should be getting in my to go order when I order a Large!! This is NOT it! Rather than spinning a tale of fantasy, the manager could have very easily added a little more broth, to align with what the amount they ALWAYS provide! I usually get at least three to four more ounces of broth...which is actually quite significant!! *See attached picture taken at restaurant* In all fairness, the food is typically well made and flavorful. This interaction made my stomach turn though! If this is how you all intend to do business from this point on...smh!!
Great price for the amount of food you will get. Service is incredible servers always ask and help when you need. Recent renovated very nice. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The staff members were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. They were happy to recommend dishes and explain the ingredients, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Vegetarian options: The menu at Pho Hiep Hoa also offers an array of vegetarian and vegan options, which impressed me. I opted for the tofu stir-fry, and it surpassed my expectations. The tofu was delicately crispy on the outside, while remaining soft and flavorful on the inside. The medley of fresh vegetables complemented the dish perfectly, creating a wholesome and satisfying meal that pleased both my taste buds and conscience.
The aroma of Pho when you walk in the restaurant is wonderful. Service was good and everything was quick with no issues. A nice local place to come eat and enjoy. Pho Tai: Very good volume of noodle for a large bowl, much more than expected, way more! The broth is very good, the aroma and taste is perfect. I cant put my finger on it, but they use good spices in the mix. The beef is nicely sliced, but I prefer much thinner, but still good. Overall, it was somegood Pho and I highly recommend it. Spring Rolls: Simple ingredients, nothing out of the ordinary here. Rice paper wrapped with shrimp, rice nodles, and some prechopped lettuce. The sauce that comes with it is great though, but not enough wow factor to try again. Still yummy though for first timers~ Lemongrass Tofu: Not enough hit with the lemongrass. If they added more fresher lemongrass and some red pepper on top of the fried tofu, it would tastes much better, suace it comes with is good though. Its good to try, but for me, one time is enough. I think going here for the Pho is best, overall nice local feel to the place. The price is good too at $13-ish a bowl. Ill difinitely come here again for some local Pho.
Our pork chop dish was raw - yes, it was still pink on the inside. The fried spring rolls were still frozen in the middle when we bit into it. Undercooked meat is definitely not something to downplay.Food: 3/5
Very good food! I wasn’t expecting it to be such an awesome place with so many others nearby that look more authentic. Great chef. The Banh Mi sandwiches are great, vermicelli bowl with pork and spring roll is great, and the quail appetizer is delicious! Parking: Only one spot available when we came but it was all we needed. A narrow little strip mall. With parking in front.
I showed up in Silver Spring, MD and needed to get my muffler replaced. Right across the street from the Midas Muffler was this wonderful little Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered a small bowl of their Phở đặc biệt - it was tasty & satisfying!
Our order was very mixed results for taste and quality between the Fried Tofu and Vegetable Pho and the Beef Stew. Starting with the Pho, they use a different spice in their broth, it came across as an Indian flavored soup, and we cannot figure out the seasoning. The vegetable was good, the tofu was dried out, and thankfully the toppings were fresh—overall a good Pho, but nothing outstanding. Our experience with the Beef Stew was poor; we are sorry, we cannot recommend this entree. First, the stew to rice ratio was way off, too much rice and too little stew. Second, the stew portion was tiny. Third, there was more fat/tendon/cartilage/grissle attached to the beef than actual meat, we felt the meat was a subpar cut. Flavorwise the stew fell flat, we are sorry this happened, we had high hopes.
idk food is yummy but the interface on Postmates was really confusing so I ended up not getting any noodles with my order. which was what I wanted. it said you could choose between rice and noodles and only had a rice/no rice option. also they put like 12 boba pearls in this very large thing of tea which sucks. if you wanna order from here don't get boba and order something that has very clear options. if you wanna dine in it'll probably be fine
Very good food. You can even get 2 roasted quails for only 10 bucks. What can you ask for more?Food: 5/5
