Today my sister had an appointment with “Doctor” Brian Soto. She went to him after a brain injury left her with PTSD. He told her if she wasn’t there for pills she could see herself out because he had other people to see. He saw her for a total of 40 seconds and was so rude that he left her in tears. Do NOT see him if you’re actually seeking help.

Never again. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before I was called up and told the doctor couldn't see me cause she's allergic to dogs; I have service dogs. Keep in mind, they not only let us sit there all that time, it was also mentioned about my service dogs when I made the appointment. They immediately tried to schedule me somewhere else instead of trying to fix the situation. Keep in mind, it is illegal to deny service based on allergies or fear of dogs, per federal law ADA. It turned into another hour of calling and talking to different people and them trying to "negotiate" with me. Read, they wanted to figure out a way to not accommodate us, while making it look like they were "working with us." I only needed to get a refill on meds. That was literally it. So, 2 1/2 hours later, and being forced to put my service dogs in the car, I finally saw the doctor and was able to leave. The whole situation was not only illegal, it was just plain unethical. You don't ask someone to be separated from their medical equipment. End of the day, it comes down to this: You can take Benadryl. I can't stop being disabled. You might have to suffer through some discomfort for the rest of the day. I'll be spending the rest of the week dealing with the physical, mental, and emotional fallout. EDIT: To the generic reply from the company, I said what I had to say. The only appropriate reply is that you're going to do something about it. We all know that won't happen though.

Sadly they get 1 star from me. My daughter goes there regularly for checkups. The last time I went there the doctor had to leave early. I left work early and rushed over to make sure she was to her appointment on time, only to find out the doctor has yet again not shown up or left for the day. They did not contact me or my wife. The one time we needed a prescription for a very bad diaper rash and they failed to properly send the request electronically. We kept asking them to send it then to call the pharmacy. They never called the pharmacy like they said the doctor would, and they put it off for hrs and didn't get it over that day. Extremely slow staff, unreliable doctor and ultimately a waste of our time. I overall don't mind the place at all when it works and when the doctor is actually there.

Best all around care from medical to dental to behavioral. I had major fear of dentists but the dental staff is truly amazing and puts you at ease and is very gentle. The counselor is fantastic and the medical department is phenomenal as well. Always courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for any of your needs.

How can you NOT find medical records? I called to make an appointment and they claimed I was not a patient! Even thought I've been there twice within 12 months- Sorry, but I'll be moving on to another practice that I can TRUST to keep my medical records!

Doc Hageman and NP Christy are amazing! The only complaint I have with one health ohio is how almost impossible it is to call them! I was just on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for almost an hour before it hung up on me. Called back and was on hold another 30 minutes before just giving up. Please fix the answering service.

Dr Christie and Dr Cubbison are absolutely great. They both listen whole heartedly to what we’ve had to say. And both are very thorough. I have never had a problem with getting prescriptions, and my pharmacy has had no issues contacting them to get my prescriptions. The staff is amazing, they take care of everything I need immediately. They are so nice and kind to everyone. As far as the dentist and hygienist also amazing, never ever an issue on getting right in for an emergency. Everyone at falls family care is amazing and kind. I would and do recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for your great care!!! We really appreciate it.

I have been a patient for approximately 5 or 6 yrs. the doctors and staff are very pleasant Dr. Hageman is great and takes the time to listen. Facility gets an A+ for cleanliness. Wait time B. Phone lines double F-.

Dr Cubbison is the most caring, thorough doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have been a patient of his for almost 9 years and will never go to another doctor! This family care center is newer but are very detailed oriented and caring as the name states! Never a bad experience, and by far the A+ rating for me is it always seems as soon as you get comfortable in your seat in the waiting room you're getting called back to see your doctor. I drive 35 minutes just to come to a stress free and family type atmosphere

Never will I return to this practice nor will I ever recommend anyone going here. After having a tooth pulled a week ago my husband has a infection in his mouth. I for the last 3 days have called and asked them to send in a antibiotic or at the very least a appointment for him. Each time they tell me they will call a script in for him. Not only have they ignored my request, but never bothered to call us back. They don’t care about their patients!!
