Friendly and helpful, Falvey has pool supplies and tips for upkeep. They will continue providing their quality services for their clients after they relocate nearby at the end of this season. Best in the area and is a go-to for keeping clear waters in pools and spas.

Do not buy from Falvey. They do not honor their customers at all. We bought a very expensive hot tub three years ago and now have a leak. Its been over a month and a half trying to get them to come by and look at it and they have not come. We have called numerous times, no one has bothered to come, and we have now called someone else to help us. Additionally, today, one of their workers in their truck ran a stop sign, while on his phone, and nearly hit me in my car. I had rite of way. I had to break in order not to be hit, and he could not have cared less. Its the could not care less aspect from Falvey that is a real disappointment. We always buy locally but am inclined not to next time.

Do not use. They show up without calling, scheduling an appointment or letting you know when they may be stopping by. Then they’ll send a bill for a service appt. They don’t want to hear about it, they feel they are so busy that they do not need to call first to be sure someones home. Its unfortunate that a merchant I used previously and thought highly of has let their service degrade. This is no way to run a business and the recipe to fail, sad to see a company on the wrong path.
