I have had my hair done twice by Bri and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. She is so knowledgeable about her craft and takes the time to explain things in a way you’ll understand. Lisa was super sweet and helped me to figure out that the issues I've had with my scalp were likely due to an allergic reaction. She helped me find products to help narrow down the issue and was super upbeat. Lisa was awesome and willing to make a rather last minute appointment to work with me to determine my hair needs.

I felt the love she treated my hair and me with right down to sending me home with a beautiful purple gift bag with my products that  she hand wrapped. Nice people for sure, but unfortunately not justified in my paying for a treatment that caused contact dermitits, the wrong color, and general loss of hair, damage. I feel they could have been more honest in their acknowledging their mistakes, not with a free redo, beause their hair color had substances that caused damage, and I wasn,t about to do damage again to my hair, skin. I felt I should have received a  partial refund for damges ensued. The right thing to do, no matter how "sweet" sounding their responses.
