I am truly grateful for Gloria an her team. My case wasn't a typical one nor an easy one. But despite the obstacles an loops we had to go thru Gloria an her team stuck by me and displayed a type of professionalism that not only helped me understand my options and my case better but gave me a bit of faith and hope that everything will be okay in the end. After almost 11 years I was finally able to get my green card. I went it for a consultation back a few years ago and this memory has stuck with me about a consultation I had with Gloria. She told me she was not able to help me get DACA. I believe it’s because it wasn’t going to be one of her easy cases. I was so desperate to get a job permit to provide for my kids as a newly divorced mother and she plainly said no I can’t work with you. Had I given up and decided to not get another attorney I wouldn’t have got DACA which I was able to easily get after all. Save your time and go to an attorney that will actually work with you.
I feel very disappointed in this team of attorneys, I made a pay appointment with Gloria regarding my immigration status and I did not hear any pros and cons for my case, their advice was a bit sharp and it felt a bit blunt in the way they spoke to me She was not willing to build a strategy or a point where we could work together, she was not kind enough to give me a private call but through her assistant, which made the conversation difficult. Hope this helps folks.
It’s funny how American men uses the company or US military to bring foreign women in the United States and they don’t even have assets or properties! These men think that they own the companies or US Military government to sponsor their foreign wives! If a foreign spouse wants to make a trouble all she need to do is call to complain on the company or US Military that he was using to bring a foreign wife
She was indifferent and not very knowledgable about immigration visas. Besides, the consultation fee is very expensive more than other attorneys charge. It was a waste of money and time.
I am so happy that I was able to find Attorney Cardenas and her team. They made the process of getting my dad's residency stress free and were always there to answer questions we had throughout the process. After 30 years he finally gets to go back to Mexico and visit his parents and the best part was that he did not have to go through any immigration interviews. Familia America is here to help people not take advantage of us like the other law firms we contacted prior.
