I have had a missing front very important tooth for 2 months. I have been waiting for a follow up appointment for 3 weeks! I have called several times to talk to the office manager and every time she is either busy or not in the office. I'm told every time that she will call me right back but I have NOT received a call to set up my next visit. You will feel very unimportant if u go there!!!

I chose this clinic because of my insurance and I have been so happy with them. Shala at the front desk is amazing!!! She has been so sweet and so helpful working to get all of my appointments in! Dr Sarto has been great! I have a lot of anxiety and she is very gentle. All of the front desk girls, Dr/staff have been kind and caring, the people here made the difference for a great experience:

Angelita was amazing!!! She has wonderful customer service skills!! It’s very comforting to walk in and greeted right away she is very quick and accurate at her position

Appointment scheduled for 9:00Am current sit here at 9:45 as I wait to be seen, on multiple occasions. Affects the time I take off of, work as many times I have shown up early still not being seen. Very unprofessional not a lot of personable people in back, all though front desk at least tries to do what they can

As I sit in my car drenched in water after my appointment, I've never been so disappointed in my life. This was the most unprofessional dental visit I've ever experienced. To start, when you enter the building there is an awful odor and when brought in back you can see that the building is horribly maintained. One of the water instruments was not working properly during my procedure and was spraying water down the shoulder of my sweater, down my arms, on my face, and even into my ears. The dentist simply told the assistant to let maintenance know later on that "there is a giant puddle of water on the ground." At no point did anyone apologize or even ask if I needed something to wipe myself off. They simply disregarded the fact I was drenched in water and continued their work. I had a cavity behind my front teeth filled and now it feels like literal sand paper on the back of my teeth. When the dentist asked how it felt I explained that it was very rough and she clearly seemed annoyed and said "hopefully with brushing it will smoothen up" and walked out of the room to her next patient without any instructions of when I can eat, no follow up instructions, or even a "have a nice day". Being 9 months pregnant you would think a little extra compassion or care would go into an appointment to make sure I was comfortable, however that was completely non existent. I will be cancelling all of me and my family's future appointments and finding an office that treats their patients like human beings. This was an absolute nightmare and I actually feel bad for the dentist who clearly hates her job and is absolutely beyond miserable.

I paid for my daughters braces and didn’t receive the care or service she needed. The orthodontist moved to Chicago and we got stuck driving to Peoria once a month. Once they got a new orthodontist I could only switch back if I paid more money. I do NOT recommend this location.

This is one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. Every time we come here there’s an issue. My daughter regularly sees an orthodontist and has been told on numerous occasions that her teeth are great. We come here and the dentist digs in her mouth to the point she’s been spitting blood out for 15 minutes after the visit. I am absolutely disgusted with this place and will not be back nor recommend this establishment to anyone. Absolutely disgusting that they treat their patients like this. Not to mention the dentist was coughing all over in my kids face the whole time he was cleaning their teeth. Absolutely disgusting.

My girlfriend, her 2 kids, and my one year old son had an appointment today. Thought each person would have their own slot, they are all different patients right? No. They cal my girlfriend first, then just assume I’m dad to all 3, fine w/e. The kids have only been to the dentist a couple times and don’t wanna get on the chair or anything without Mom. All they did was brush each kids teeth once and then we sat for an hour in the room, with 2 cranky toddlers and baby, while my GF was still off in another room and hadn’t been seen except for some X-rays. Seems like the only had one dentist. All the Asiata ya were just chilling on their phones the whole time. A father and his 2 kids who came in AFTER us were being taken care of while we just had to sit endlessly. Facilities were disgusting, looked like urine all over the floor and chair, floors were so beat up they had tried to fix things with duct tape. Wish I could take away stars but had to rate one start just to comment. They do t deserve it. We walked out

I took my kids into be seen we have Ariel for our oral cleaning. She was amazing patient and very thorough with explaining was she was going to be doing!

*** update to the update*** now they are saying that all that can be done is for them to remove ALL of my good teeth and give me dentures... Absolutely not ok. Don't trust ur smile to these people. *** update*** they called and will be fixing my tooth at no cost! Thanks so much! I'll be able to smile again! They do not seem to care at all! I had a crown put on my front tooth. It totally fell out! When I went back to get it fixed the dentist told me it was done wrong and will have to be totally redone and insurance won't cover it so it's $1500 out of pocket. They office "manager" said she would contact corporate and see if they could help with cost but the dentist that did the work is no longer employed there... Now no one will return a call and everytime I call she is either busy or not in the office. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AGO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
