Had a really bad infection and a broken tooth, they were able to get me in same day and the tooth extraction was pretty reasonable. On top of that their staff is just really amazing. From the front desk all the way the Dr. I usually bring my kiddos here, but may have convinced my husband this is where we should go as well.
My 5-year-old disabled son used to be a patient there. He enjoyed going there which is rare for him. However, He is in and out of hospitals due to needing many procedures which results in us having to cancel appointments. After the third time that we had to cancel due to surgery and hospitalization they discharged him as a patient. I think they are good for typical healthy children, but not for medically needy kids who have unpredictable last minute surgeries/ hospitalizations.
Couldn’t be happier with how fast and friendly secure was!!! Had so much trouble getting in with other dentist and they got me in almost instantly for my sever tooth pain! Seriously couldn’t thank them enough and the whole staff is so sweet from the front desk, to the assistant, to the dentist himselfI wish I was better with names!
Trinity is always so gentle and kind to my kids. She’s the reason we go there. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think my daughter would go to the dentist. The dentists are great too!
Amazing work. By far the best and most secure fillings from any denist. I once came in just for a check up and had a missing filling from a previous dentist. My dentist was able to get a new one in like it was a NASCAR pit stop without having to book another appointment.
Dr. Lin is always awesome! My kids love it there! He cares and gives good advice! Rest of the staff is super cool and on top of there jobs!
I took my son to the Moline location today, he seen Dr. Lin as his dentist and he was very nice,he explained things and asked if we had questions,we didn't feel rushed it was extremely clean,and decorated so cute. His assistant Trinity who cleaned my son's teeth was the best!!! She explained everything to him , showed him everything they would use for his cleaning, she was so patient,kind, and sweet. We loved everything about Secure Dental and we highly recommend this place!!!
10/10 would recommend this place! So kid friendly compared to my kids old dentist office! They were wonderful with the kiddos! So glad we switched to this office!
Front desk was little to no help, unwilling to help reschedule me. The Davenport office was great, however!
As always a great visit. Reception staff is always very pleasant, dental assistant always let me know what she was doing, Dr was great and did a wonderful job with my cleaning and had very helpful tips as well.
