I volunteer for the Vera House and often have to make phone calls to Family Court regarding very sensitive cases. I am extremely baffled by the lack of kindness from whomever answers the phone. I understand they probably receive several phone calls a day and have to talk to people that don’t have the most pleasant personalities. However that doesn’t give them the right to treat everyone poorly. I just don’t understand why they are so mean for no reason. All I’m trying to do is help women affected by domestic violence. Every time I have to call Family Court I dread it. I have even been hung up on before.   Why is this allowed?

Whole place needs to be shut down. Pirro bailey is unfit to be a judge and has been for several years.

Pirro Bailey is a disgrace and ruins families. She should not be in her position. I give her no stars. She is completely unfair. If you know her she will be on your side no matter what the situation is. She is unable to be a fair judge.

When I called to asked questions, I ended up with a person with bad attitude. I'm looking at the phone like Im the who got come court. Why are you angry? I hope they worked how they talk to people. Not everyone is who rude.

I had a court date at the end of Feb and now im being told to redo because someone didnt give my new number to the court person. I was told nobody could get a hold of me and thats not true because when the lady told me after she took my new number "stay by your phone on your court day they will be contacting you" i was by my phone the whole day and no one called but few days later i get A CALL saying they couldnt get ahold of kevin my childs father and that was that nobody called me to say they didnt get a hold of me they just said HIM and now im being told today when i called i have to redo cause they didnt get a hold of me it dont make since. I have the time and day i talk to the lady she had a soft voice she wrote my new number down and said she'll give it to the court people si did she? I mean someone else saying different so i have to go through the trouble cause y'all mistake?....

Whoever answers the phones needs to work on her people skills, especially considering she’s doing intake for very a very sensitive matter.

Horrible customer service. The ladies answering the phone have horrible attitudes. Have 9am appt and still not ready by 11am.

I was able to do what I needed to do. I did get two sets of different directions from both clerks at the desk , the first direction with what i needed to do on Friday and then the following week a totally different set of direction from another clerk on Wednesday pertaining to the exact same thing. I was still able to submit the information efficiently as well.

This place is a joke. Every single person in there needs to be fired. Courts are never on time, its a circus act in this place. Lawyers are always talking with other people around who can hear your business. It needs to be shut down because nothing is being accomplished here. Terrible place, I dont even want to give it 1 star. It deserves none.

Phone number routs around the building, then everyone tells you it's the wrong number, and that they can't give out phone numbers. They directed me to google, where family court, DSS, economic support, and the general court number are all the same.
