Located on the second floor of the Historic Onondaga County Court House, the County Clerk's Office is the official keeper of the County documents. In addition, the County Clerk serves as an official passport application acceptance center, records of Veterans discharges (DD-214) as well as DEC licenses and maintains and processes notary public licenses.
