These people are so backwards in regards to processes, procedures and policies. Their customer service is far worse as most workers either ignore you or speak to you in a disrespectful or demeaning manner when they do acknowledge you. This place is part of Jamaica's problem.

Unnecessarily long wait time. The cashier needs a cheque printer and someone on the ground floor with signing authority
