These people are so backwards in regards to processes, procedures and policies. Their customer service is far worse as most workers either ignore you or speak to you in a disrespectful or demeaning manner when they do acknowledge you. This place is part of Jamaica's problem.

This court is foolishness how dare you send me a summon to appear in court for domestic volience  act and I don't live with the person you guys are ridiculous Yuh think me Ave time Fi waste me Ave my children ere... Yuh guys even investigate why this person weh name Monica Davis weh Eva have problem wid me you guys need to investigate this woman is cunning ere... A not even her place the father died when a her kids were 14;9;6

Unnecessarily long wait time. The cashier needs a cheque printer and someone on the ground floor with signing authority
