Lovely experience! From making my appointment over the phone to checking out, the front desk team was exceptionally kind and very informative. Upon checking out, my next appointment and procedure were accurately explained to me, and a predetermination was submitted to my insurance without my having to request it!! That's truly best practice. I recently had a less than acceptable experience with a dental office in Evansville and meeting Dr Fabiano was a breath of fresh air! She repaired a lost filling on a front tooth, and it looks and feels as though it's not a filling at all. Dr Fabiano's assistant, Maria was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I'm relieved to have found this practice and I do not intend to go anywhere else . Truly outstanding work!
Dr. Fickas did a great job explaining procedure of preparing for a crown.He also took the time to contact the Oral Surgeon who did the implant to coordinate the process. He let me know what to expect during each step of the process and asked about my comfort level which was appreciated even though there was minimal discomfort dealing with abutment on implant. He was knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands. Office staff and hygienist were also friendly and competent.
Going to the dentist is not some thing everybody looks forward to. It was the first of two visits for a new crown. I was made comfortable from the very first by how friendly everyone was and how professional as well. Both the doctor and assistant were very efficient throughout the entire procedure and my comfort level was a top priority. People don’t usually say they look forward to going to the dentist, but I look forward to the next one.
I have been going to this office for quite sometime. I take my young daughter as well. I always let them know the more scraping the better, it’s satisfying to me. They always do an amazing job and are very welcoming and friendly!! Highly recommended!
I have nothing but good things to say about this dentist office and my Dentist Dr. Fickas. I was referred here after my previous dentist passed away and I have expierenced nothing but kindness and gentle care from the dentist office and staff. I never wait longer than 5 minutes. Their waiting room. Is clean and lovely. The front desk receptionists are very helpful and my hygienist was always conscious of my comfortability level. She worked at a nice pace always being gentle and kind. Dr. Fickas is young and knowledgeable. He always shares about his family and children and is just a pleasure to talk to. Family Dentistry, is the most Professional and friendly Dentist office I have ever experienced. They are very kind & understanding, and make their patients feel at ease and well taken care of.
the dentists are always so nice and make sure i’m comfortable and they aren’t hurting me in any way. they pay attention to detail and get their work done quickly and efficiently
Dr. Fabiano has become my favorite dentist of all time. Not only is she incredibly good at her job, she is also the most knowledgeable dentist I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. She has a legit answer and solution for every question and concern I have, and she always listens. Cannot recommend her enough!
Dr. Ogle and his staff are the best. He has so much concern for your well being. I trust his decisions for me 110%. I just wish he would be around as long as I need a dentist. I can't imagine going to anyone else.
My dentist and his dental assistant are very kind and patient. They take breaks in between the procedure to make sure you are ok. Never before have I had this type of care.
