I give 4 stars to the staff they try very hard, it's not easy to run a store alone. Yes I see it a lot, one person working alone. Head office putting staff in danger working alone. While bosses make money. Like they say do more for less. Then when the store gets bad raiding the bosses make it look like it's the staff. There should be two personal working or 3 at all times.
Went into the store to buy a couple items. Got to the register pull out coupons and the cashier runs to the back. Manager comes out and informs me he can't take them. When I asked why he just continued to say he can't accept them. So when I pulled out the policy he scanned one coupon and still said no he can't accept them. Then proceeded to go to the back and sit down. After waiting 5 mins for him to come back which he never did the cashier got my qs and gave them back to me. Management is uneducated on policy and where things are in store. Don't shop here
My new option to shop, since I'm boycotting Dollar General Avon Park by Any time fitness. The manager there is very unprofessional and rude.
This store is convenient not that big but has majority of things a household would need at a good price.
The lady is very nice when you check she likes to talk but thats ok

I've always liked family Dollar Even from my home state of Kansas to Miami Fl. I now live in Avon Park Fl and family Dollar will always be a store I shop in
