Store is always clean. They had good sales after Christmas. I got a pair of shoes for my son. Regular price was 75 and I got them for 35. Nice pair of shoes. My son is in the men's department size 12 and he is 13 years old. Without the sale the store is expensive.

The store is organized and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a wide selection of clothing for men, women, and children. They also have household items and shoes. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting a a new outfit that wont break the bank.

This place makes me very sad. I used to be a very good store years ago. Is just going downhill. Not much merchandise. And in that store it's always hot and it has the weirdest smell. I'm just waiting to see if that one will close just like the Sears we had in the mall.

I haven't been in JC Penney in years but I know it won't be that long before I go back! One sales lady helped me in the handbag dept. and the cashier was very nice as she rang me up. I purchased SIX shirts at the end of summer sale for a total of $21 including tax.....you know I'm digging that!!!

2 stars for their selection of shoes,horrible! Many brands but all of the shoes particularly sneakers were uncomfortable, looked & felt cheaply made. Even with several brands to choose from,each brand had only 2 styles to choose from, & finding any size other than 9 thru 11 in adults,you won't find,.their sale is good on clothes,but they throw all the clothes together like a discount store,they've definitely declined in customer service ,quality,and quantity,

Do not get your hair done here. My hair is fried. My whole curl pattern changed. I had to go in to a rude manager named Mary who refunded my card after seeing that my hair literally looks like Albert Einstein now. The girl who did my hair was named Denali. Just a piece of advice. Another thing when I went in to get refunded all the stylists came up to gawk at me. Really will never return here ever again.

This particular JCPenney Department store I found to be extremely neat in all departments, no clothing on the floor, disheveled piles of bath towels, shoes out ofvtheir size place. That has almost almost always been the condition of other JCPs I have visited. The Associates in this location take pride in their assigned areas and the oversll atmosphere of theirvstore. Helpful and friendly. The one disappointment is they close at 8 pm, which seems a bit early especially if you work until 5 or 6 pm. You don't have much browsing time. They are open 7 days. Overalli was quite impressed with this store.

I find all the JCPenney stores are understaffed. Cost cutting and store closings are affecting them. On line not bad, but to go to a store is really not a good experience. Perhaps they are trying to decide if they should get out completely or join the on line shopping

What has happened to "customers are always right"? Or just wanting to keep your customers happy? I will take my business & money else where as soon as my return & refund are proceeded.

I haven't had a haircut I loved in over a decade. I mean the type of cut you like even when you still look like a crazy person with wildy parted, wet combed hair with a tight cape around your neck you can see looks amazing! Katie did an incredible job. I can't thank her enough. I feel like she is my fairy godmother for hair. 10years and I finally found the perfect hairdresser. She was worth the wait! If you need your hair cut and are nervous, or have been burned in the past, I 1000% recommend Katie Runnion at JC Penney salon...she will not disappoint!
