I have not been to this location in a while, it had everything I needed and more. I got a cute little dress only down side only found the dress in one color in my size.
Went and bought a visa card from here,and once I got home and activated the card it said that the card had already been used in another state. Went to the store multiple times to speak with a manager and I also emailed corporate! Still no response. This store is scamming it's customers. Do not buy visa cards from this Family Dollar! You've been warned!
Worst service if I could give a zero it would be. Nobody knows how to do there job! an when there supposed to fix the issue they put no effort to do anything. The store is always a mess and unorganized this store is a joke honestly it’s alway some Kind of issue. Why give coupons if you can’t use them an then say there’s nothing we can do.
The man that helped us was cheerful and helpful. He may be the manager not sure. But his demeanor is refreshing. We should all take his example of customer service and apply in our lives. Thank you Family Dollar you made a great hire!!
Was pleasantly surprised at the variety and low prices on alot of the Items I needed for my apt. And the Store manager Gene is always getting ppl too laugh saying silly things. Too at least make you smile.

Miss eunice had horrible customer service! She acted so unprofessionally over a return that she had done correctly. Huffing and puffing and slapping the computer. I will NOT be returning to this location.
Very nice store. Convenient parking, merchandise well organized and neat, staff friendly and helpful.
