The line was very very long. Only one cashier and 15 ppl in line.. I walked the whole store and went in employee only door and one one person was working.. the other family dollar was close. Had a sign stating assistance manger wanted..
I come into family dollar quite often there is a young man name Prince who is always so polite and friendly. I always see him cleaning and he always has the tunes going which makes my shopping experience memorable. Great costumer service Prince!!
When I went in everyone was busy the store was cleaning people were Friendly. All the shelves, were stocked it was a little early for Halloween stuff but yet it was stocked up. I live real close to a Family Dollar. I would drive the extra few miles just to go to this one it's actually a nice version of this chain
This location is pretty good compared to some others nearby. The store is usually clean and neat, and the employees are polite and professional. The only thing is, the stock is hit or miss. I've attempted to make a quick stop for things like eggs, milk, or various other things and they have been out of stock quite a few times.
The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the smell in there gave me a really bad headache. I ask them what was it and they told me they just got there floor replaced. The people who works there are very nice but how can you be open with that smell knowing you are trying to do some remodeling. There should be a sign warning guest of that so they do walk out of their thinking they are about to be sick.
No garbage on the floor, clean aisles and take in a organized bra section. Will return to this CLEAN KEPT STORE!
Employees nice. Could not find prices on many items. The turning knobs for nail products are a pain. Wouldn't be back soon.
Many out-of-stock items and lots of empty shelves; in fact, I asked if they were going out of business. Isles blocked with carts full of merchandise that didn't belong to customers. Waited far too long at register. Many empty shelves in food coolers, food selection extremely limited only one single shelf of chicken, and an even smaller lunch meat and bacon selection. ... Definitely not the store to visit if you are health conscious, as there is practically a non-existence selection of that sort.
Completely unprofessional; the manager was on phone, food was open on the shelves, a woman was walking around the store with her dog in the cart. No one was at the front of the store- a bell had replaced service. I'm a local and this is not the kind of place I would even purchase a pack of gum at.
