Family Foot Center Podiatry Group

Staff was nice enough but completely aloof. Left my exam room door flung wide open for anyone to see as they pass by, had to ask my name twice to make sure they were going into the right patient’s room, seemed scattered about what they were doing in general. I was supposed to receive custom orthotics and this was weeks ago now - no contact from the office and the phone line is basically unreachable. Terrible service.

This was worse office visit ever. Dr Hong walked in room and I felt like he didn’t care. I felt like I was wasting is time.

The office is very well arranged, and very clean. I was greeted promptly upon my arrival, in a very friendly, professional manner. Dr. Huang is very efficient and friendly. He had gone over my records before coming in to see me, so was up to date on my situation, and proceeded with care. I am extremely pleased with this office, and the people who work there.

I called the office yesterday due to some heel pain and they were able to get me in the next day! Dr Hong was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable and highly recommended him to everyone for your foot medical needs. I’m so glad I found him and this office. You will not be disappointed!

Extremely clean waiting area & extremely kind & helpful staff especially receptionist! I locked car keys in car mins before my appointment & she went beyond to accommodate my situation. Fortunately, AAA arrived quickly & I made my appointment! Dr Hong was polite & thorough but felt we could have spent a little more time explaining what I could do to ease foot pain til problem was gone.But he appeared to be very knowledgeable! Ty for helping me during my visit! Yes I will return & definitely recommend people seeking a podiatrist to go to this medical facility!

My second time going to this location and I was treated kindly and dr answered all my questions. I definitely liked that I was able to schedule a visit the following day after I started having foot pain. Really great service from reception to assistants. Thank you Upperline Foot and Ankle CH.

Very professional, and friendly staff. Dr was very thorough and explained diagnosis distinctly. Very compassionate and made me feel cared for. Would highly recommend.

Very nice office, the front desk receptionist and back office assistant were very friendly . Dr Huang very professional , gentle , honest and a good listener. Dr Huang took time to carefully examined my foot he found there was nothing wrong but the problem I am having are nerved issues and bad circulation. Dr Huang immediately referred me to a neurologist to get the proper treatment. I am very happy with the service I received at Dr Huang’s office this has been the best service I had at a foot specialist.

From the receptionist to the doctor it was amazing service. Called me within 5 minutes after I sat down in the lobby to see the doctor. Dr Hong was very patient and listened. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed. Was in and out within 45 minutes. Nice office and staff is organized.

Dr. Fatimah Badran is very knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to. She’s patient and always attentive. I came with bad plantar fascitis pain. Unable to walk and wearing a Cam boot and night splint. Thanks to Dr. B. I’m back on track. Would definitely recommend her and the staff. Sometimes the staff is a killer. The staff is why I left my other office.
