Our mission is to continually improve the health of all people in communities we serve, especially those under-served and vulnerable who lack access to health services.

We believe people have a right to quality health care – services that are efficient, effective and accessible. We believe care should be compassionate and delivered in a dignified and respectful manner by a culturally competent and highly professional team of people.

Family Health provides primary and preventative health services and programs designed to meet health needs and improve access to care.

AFFORDABLE QUALITY CARE

--Discount Program: We offer medical, dental, and behavioral health services on a sliding scale for our patients who are uninsured with low incomes. All uninsured patients pay a minimum co-payment at the time of their appointment. Any remaining charges will be billed to the patient.
--Medicaid and BadgerCare: Both accepted at all of our medical and dental clinics.
--Medicare: We accept Medicare, and because we are a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, Medicare will pay for some additional preventative services not normally covered by the service.
--Private health insurance: Our clinics accept many private insurance plans.
--Co-payments: Our patients who have coverage that requires co-payments must pay that amount at the time care is provided.

Always took great care of me in the dentist office. all staff were very kind, professional and place is kept neat as a pin. They were very kind and caring throughout the process. Quality care at affordable prices with attentive staff. although there is one older lady in the reception area at front dental desk that seems bothered that she has to deal with you standing in front of her to check in and make appts. She makes no eye contact and her tone of voice is not pleasant, like she does not enjoy her job. I have not seen her before, and it is very unusual bcuz every other employee is top notch customer service and I been going there a long time. Other than that, it's a place of excellence!
I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Seiler and her remarkable medical assistant, Leslie, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism they demonstrated throughout my entire experience. From the very first appointment, it was clear that I was in the hands of true experts. Dr. Seiler's extensive knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent, as she took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Her ability to explain complex medical concepts in a clear and understandable manner put me at ease and gave me a strong sense of confidence in her recommendations. What truly stood out was the genuine care both Dr. Seiler and Leslie exhibited. Their compassionate approach made me feel valued as a patient, and they took the time to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. Leslie's warm and friendly demeanor helped alleviate any anxiety I had about medical procedures, and her efficient and skilled assistance during my appointments was truly commendable. We have to 100% honestly say that Dr. Q was the most gentle talking, explaining everything, realistic, detailed, helpful, nicest dentist we have EVER came in contact with in our entire lives. And we are 40 & 44 years old! That says a lot! If you need dental care I by far would recommend Dr. Q at La Clincia Family Health!!!!!!!! Don't doubt it for a second and go to him.
I had a great experience at this clinic. Dr. Daily and his assistant were amazing!
About 2 years ago I had to have dental work done and they told me they weren't accepting new patients, and after calling around and not having many options, I wrote my local elected official about my issue. He had informed me that he was on the LA Clinica board and the info I had recieved was wrong. He took care of it and got me in, where the service was great, no issues there. Yes, I had to go to an ELECTED GOVT OFFICIAL, to get an appointment. Now I'm trying to finish the work and I can't even get through to a human or get a call back. This is frustrating as this is the only place in about 100 miles that takes my insurance.
My experience was fine, seemed like a knowledgeable dentist. Thanks! Went 6months later for a teeth cleaning and was very impressed with it all. Thanks again!
Don't go here for any dental work at all. The assistants are very nice but the dentist was horrible. She sees you for 5 minutes, do what she thinks she knows she's doing, then walk away. Had a tooth extracted and was given nothing for the pain, and she missed a stich to put in also. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS FOR DENTAL WORK!!!
The medical staff were very friendly and helpful all the staff were welcoming. Highly recommend this practice. I have a health practitioner who is awesome and has given me professional sound advice and amazing medical care
The doctor there was absolutely no help in trying to find out exactly what was going on with my son. He kept telling us to see the therapist at La Clinica and when we did, she was awful to him and me. We suspected out son had high functioning autism and Dr. Rincon gave us no help in finding someone who could help my son even when I asked him specifically over and over if there was any place that I could take my son for testing. I am pretty sure the therapist's name was Michelle. She decided that my son forgetting to do daily life things was ODD after one visit. We found a great place to go all on our own. Yes my son has Autism and this clinic was no help to us at all. These people have no clue about what they are doing.
Dr. Roland has been excellent in every way to me. I have had 5 appointments in the past year and he always comes in with a wonderful attitude, walks me through the entire process, let’s me know what to expect. I see many negative reviews on here but get Dr. Roland if you can.
