Fayetteville location seems to have a big turn over with the staff. My son’s appointment was @9am this morning. We arrived a couple of minutes before. I went to the front desk to check my son in. So we patiently waited for more than 45 min. I’m seeing other people walk in after us and going back. So when a lady came to get someone to go back. I asked when would my son get called. She told me he hadn’t been checked in And she also said she doesn’t do the check in’s & that I need to check with front desk. She was very dismissive & rude. She walked away while saying these things to me. I then went to make the lady at the desk aware that she hadn’t checked my son in. She nonchalantly said I’ll go talk to the nurse/clinician. She didn’t apologize or nothing. Now if I had been 45 min late. My son wouldn’t have been seen. My time is valuable just like yours. I need the same respect for my time as You expect from me & others. I did talk to a young lady named Brittany. & explained everything to her. She did apologize & was helpful. But I still don’t appreciate the service I received from the other two employees. I will be contacting a manger. My son finally got called back an hour after we had been there.
I'm not so satisfied with the service it's been a long drawn out service for like forever... Not much of a huge chance I see with my son dental care. I think it's a waist of money and time being wasted. The appointments are so far apart before you can get the next step of treatment and by then something has to be replaced. Just not what I was expecting!! First and last
They were punctual and very attentive to my needs. They accommodated me twice in one day. I can't wait to get my services started.
The office is very clean and welcoming. Brittany the account manager was great. Very relatable, down to earth and patient. She didn’t harass us into getting the braces and gave us plenty of options for financing and we didn’t expect on getting braces done but we got them same day and Dr. Bussey is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Very very friendly, patient, thorough, kind… OMG what can I NOT say about him. His energy is off the charts and he’s so very knowledgeable about his profession. He is an Absolute treasure to have as my kids Orthodontist hands down! Thank you guys for everything.
The Fayetteville location when we visited a few years ago was nice, for braces . The orthodontist was new to the location at the time and over time started to acknowledge my daughter, before looking at her mouth, after bringing the issue up to the manager . Calling customer service 7/24/22 is an exercise in extreme patience , had to call 3x, on hold between 8-9 1/2 minutes before I hung up to try later . Finally was able to reschedule .
Dr. Bussey and his staff were amazing. They explained everything to me about my treatment plan and made me and my children completely comfortable.
Fayetteville Ga Office is…. Very professional and feels like family! Glad I chose them for both myself and my daughter!
The environment was clean friendly and welcoming. Wait time was really quick, I didn’t expect to do my braces but was left the same day with braces. They was very much understanding and informative, would recommend anyone to this office.
My experience has been positive, from the scheduling to the consultations and follow ups. The treatment coordinator Shenita is very professional, courteous and friendly and takes the time to explain the process in detail. Dr. Howard also took the time to explain the options and recommendations for my daughter . I would recommend them to my friends and family for any orthodontic treatments. Keep up the good work.
I’ve had a contract with you guys I just paid over $2000 off back in January to complete and finish my treatment. I spoke and verified the continuance for the rest of my treatment with a office rep before paying over the phone because they suggested that would be the faster way. I arrive at my scheduled appt in Fayetteville, GA and I’m threatened by the “overseer” for billing named “Britney” that I either renew a contract with y’all or they will remove my braces after I just made a large lump some of payment to get out of this contract before I knew y’all changed your orthodontist payment system, I didn’t want to sign an extension but I felt like I had no choice. I’ve called customer service multiple times, NOBODY WAS ABLE TO HELP ME, they kept telling me I have to contact the office AFTER speaking to them and when I do, they give me the run around. Please I NEED HELP ON THIS MATTER WITH MY ACCOUNT. I’ve always respected everyone at your establishments always. But this doesn’t make any sense where my over $2,000 went to, if it didn’t go to complete my contract… on the “wefixsmiles” website it shows I’m not past due but at the Fayetteville location, I’m on autopay on an extensive contract that I felt pressured to sign. I don’t know what to do, I told her to terminate that new contract and keep my old one but she’s doing what she wants to do. I just want my perfect smile and everything to be handled ASAP and thoroughly.
