Great shoe place good selection and I liked the clearance they have buy one get one half off on there to not sure if that's all year or what but still
Rating the place low only because they don't stock a women's 12 med. Would love a place to go in without having to order a 12 med from other places.
Great selection of athletic and more formal shoes. Since this store is not located in a major market, many of Famous Footwear's high-end products are not sold here, i.e. Alan Edmunds, etc. However, they can be ordered and picked up in Wooster. It's fast and convenient.
Great shoe store, went to several shoe stores in my area and I'll return to this one in the future! Very helpful and friendly staff, helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
Ladies working were friendly and the place was clean I recommend this place to anyone that has a hard time finding wide width shoes for a great price
Didn't have much stock in the size I was looking for shopping for new shoes for my daughter. The staff was friendly and the place was overall pretty clean and organized though
Stop in the store looking for some boys basketball shoes and was able to find a few pair to select from when Dick's Sporting Goods did not carry any. The ladies working there were extremely helpful and did an excellent job of explaining the rewards program to me. It was encouraging to know how I can save money with future purchases. I was also impressed that they now carry Sam Edleman shoes. I thought their women's shoes for the longest were quite "old" looking but it looks like they are stepping up their shoe selection. Thank you. Wooster needs more variety!!!
Amazing customer service, great sale prices and even better rewards program. I highly recommend famous footwear. I'll never shop at another shoe store again.
The store is nice and clean and bright most of there shoes are ok...they dont have a hole lot to pick from sometimes that is true but every employee is top notch and I mean super nice and helpful can't say that for a lot of places went in there like 3-4 times to try on boots finally got a pair that where good and they are holding up great
Although I never come here this Wooster location is very nice and I was very pleasantly surprised at the Quality and the price of what I ended up walking out with extremely reasonable for good high quality shoes and accessories I haven't been in for a few years but I grabbed a pair of running shoes along with a pair of nice work shoes and a bunch of socks and I believe my total out the door was right about a hundred bucks so exceptional along with the very friendly staff super helpful and overall a great experience highly recommend if you are in need of new kicks!
