Employees are super sweet here and helpful! I had gone in and bought 3 pairs of shoes and sadly once home none of them worked. I always have anxiety about returning stuff but they made it so easy. I was in and out in minutes. Highly recommend!

Great place if you like to pay full price for knock off name brand shoes! I've worn vans for years and I usually get a few years of wear out of them before they even start to look rough .so I bought some for my son to wear to school 6mo ago when I had my tax return. I forked out 40$ for the shoes cause they were on sale. I have social anxiety so I don't shop during busy times of year cause crowds are a trigger for me so I buy somethings name brand so I don't have to go through the hassle and expense of replacing them as often. I know boys are rough on shoes bur...it's been a lil over a month and the inner liner is already coming loose. Too late for a refund. Pretty sure these are counterfeit, I payed full price won't be back .sad cause they had really good customer service. Which is why I left 3 stars
So today we went in to buy my husband shoes. We heard a guy getting onto a person a girl voiced just loud enough we could hear. My worst thought though is that the two girls at the counter instead of being on the floor to help they were on their phones all the way up till we were at the register. They were dressed in short Jean shorts and nothing professional. I don't know if there's a dress code and I don't care but don't be on your phones in the front.....customer service was lacking for sure from them...

Great deals, limited styles and very slow checkout, that's the reason for the three stars. All I want is to make my purchase. All the phone number and email and signing up for rewards. Should be for the customer to do, out of line. This slow process, is what makes online shopping so popular. Amazon could have order at your home before you could complete your purchase here in store.
Very satisfied with quality and service, But this time FEDEX delivered my daughter order was unhappy on how they treat her order .How she's going to put it back on the damage box ......
Horrible customer service. Was at this location today trying to buy my two girls shoes. My youngest found a pair she liked but there was only one shoe in the box. So I went up front and ask the lady at the register about the other shoe. She went to look for the other shoe after a minute after briefly looking she called a guy over who I think was a manager and he started looking and sge walked off. The guy looks up she's thatbshe walked off and said " oh you going to leave me with this problem" He then ask another employee to go look for the little girls shoe in the lady's shoe area. And he goes back to the register and leaves us standing there. Five minutes pass and no one seems to care that we are still standing there. So me and my girls leave the store. On the way out the manager and the original lady both see us and no apology, no thanks for coming in, no sorry we could not help you. It was like they were glad we were leaving so they did not have to deal with the "problem" we were causing.
Drove 40 mins down here from the watauga store because we were told they had the shoes in the size we need. Arrived, and they don't have it and have less of a selection than the other store. Both stores seem to have young teenagers running the show who don't know what they are doing. Will not be shopping at Famous Footwear again. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
