I came into the store looked around a little bit trying to find a pair of work boots and was greeted by the sales person Will he was outstanding he was very helpful and when we couldn't find the boots that were showing available online for in store he went to the back and found a pair but they were mismatched, then he said that he could order a pair if that would be ok so i said yes thats fine. Mr. Will is an awesome salesman very helpful and professional. If you visit this store ask for Will he will take care of you.

The people at the Burleson store are very nice I just wanted to say that, but the service is terrible. I ordered jeans and boots on a corporate account and waited almost 2 months calling again and again and again finally stopped in the store to check on the status of my order and they couldn’t find anything. Left several messages for managers to return my call never heard from anybody, definitely going to suggest that our company find another supplier for safety wear.

I love this store. My only wish is that they would have had a better selection today.

Save your time and money for a place with better service. I came in to pick up an order and while it was no less than three associates at the door alone, it still took them quite a while to acknowledge me at the counter. Christi was at the counter and seemed to not see me at all even though I was directly facing her.

Went and got my ostrich boots today and was greeted by staff in a welcoming way helping me figure out the difference for this 2nd pair and I'm thankful enough id go back again

Emily the cashier was very very sweet. Other two female associates DID NOT acknowledge me at all. Emily was very helpful, she even went back to the floor to see if I needed help. Thank you Emily sweetheart. You are the reason why I left them 5 stars. Other associates were rude no customer service offered at all.
