I had an appointment at the salon and when I was leaving I saw the mega clearance! I’m a clearance shopper for sure! Every department had something on sale. I really like my hair, too!
It's been a while since I have shopped here. I stopped shopping at the Burleson location due to the fact that everything is stuffed onto all of the racks in every department. I'm glad I went back! Such a vast improvement! Most of the employees were friendly and welcoming.
Too much pressure on employees and customers to get credit cards . Good place to get quality kitchen and house stuff for a good price. Theres a Nice selection of men's and boys clothes. Decent sales on name brand clothes. And some really nice uniforms and formal wear for men and kinds. The women's clothes are kinda meh I wouldn't recommend their plus size section and most of their girls juniors clothes are barley appropriate for school.
I wanted to share the wonderful shopping experience we had. An employee named Alexis went above and beyond to help my elderly mother in the women's department. It looked like she was resetting another department, and she came over, and helped my mother with sizing of female undergarments. Alexis stayed with her until they figured out exactly what my mother needed. They didn't have the size she needed in stock, but Alexis went online and gave us the exact item number and sizing we needed to order the merchandise online. Even the employees at the front of the store offered a warm greeting and goodbye. The best customer service I've had in recent memory.
I was shocked this store was still open. Since I hadn’t been here in years I went in to shop for a loved one. These customer service reps or sales associates whatever their title may be were some of the rudest unhelpful group of people. They were literally avoiding me rather than to assist customers. The exception does not apply to the ladies in the juniors department who directed me to the women section. As bad as the customer service was this store should have closed years ago. No need to avoid me it will not be a next time that I try to shop there.
This is a really nice store. The shelves were full of merchandise. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for. I haven't worn a suit in years but thought I could find what I was looking for a Penny's. It didn't seem to workout the way I wanted. I was extremely disappointed in their selection. Horrible!!
Always great service. High-quality products at good prices. They always seem appreciative of my business.
Friendly, clean, and easy to shop at. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't packed. I liked the woman's clothing, from workout attire to formal attire. I'll definitely be back soon.
They don’t log purchases when you use your phone number at checkout. Only when you use their credit card. Can’t return things without a receipt and get full price. They wanna give me a lower sale price even tho I just bought this stuff. Every other store logs purchases when you use your phone number and use your rewards account. Why can’t I go back and view cash purchases when I used my rewards phone number during checkout?
