The staff for the most part is super friendly and helpful, but my biggest issue is with the general manager. She’s abrasive and rude. She gets snappy really quickly and refuses to help find anything or pull out a product you’re looking for.
This location is the cleanest, most organized HomeGoods I've ever been in. Every time I'm there, I'm always so impressed with how pristine the racks are! Items are always stocked up and everything is right where it should be. It makes my experience as a shopper that much more relaxing when the store isn't in chaos and stuff thrown everywhere. I really appreciate the effort - it's definitely noticed!
I love this store! I always find unique decor at a reasonable price. Employees are friendly and helpful. Well organized and clean .
It’s the pet selection for me, From Tj maxx , Marshall I love what each store offers.
I don't feel the need to go to the store everyday, when the need is there, they have an excellent variety of specialty goods. Most recently I found some dividers for my dresser drawers. I feel so organized!!
This is a nice store. It's fun to shop here. My only complaint is - if you need assistance - you have to track someone down. Otherwise, I would recommend HomeGoods for your home decor needs
Usually love this store, but I believe it's the Store Manager who was so rude to me this evening. She was huffing and puffing because people were walking past her, rolling her eyes, annoyed by simple questions, ect. Made the experience with my boyfriend completely terrible. I get it's a busy Saturday night, but definitely not an excuse to treat customers this way.
Nice, clean and neat store with a variety of items. Friendly employees found throughout the store that speak to you when they encounter you.
This place is great! It's soooo easy to get carried away, wanting to look on every aisle, especially in the dining area & wall decor section for me. There's just so many beautifully unique finds! *HINT*HINT* This is a perfect place to find Holiday gift ideas & decor! My husband and I recently purchased some pillows to add a pop of color to our livingroom sofa. It really made a difference!
We went today 07/12/2022 to return a $129.99 umbrella that we didn’t like cuz of the shape and size and with an intact tag still. But Stephanie didnt let us return it because it was “dirty” I explained to her that my car’s trunk was dirty with some plants dust, but she refused to help us mom and me I didn’t want to be a Karen but Stephanie pretty much took the role perfectly herself so we left. I was a very good client of HomeGoods and associates but not anymore because of the bad customer service we experienced at HomeGoods Burleson.
