Dress Barn

Good customer service. Good selection, not great. They have a limited amount of accessories. A very limited plus size dress department. Regular size department has more selection. I'm in between, so I ended up getting an awesome, sexy jumper!

Terrible customer service! Won't be back.. There we're 2 ladies working, moving clothes from rack to rack, one was cashier, NEITHER one acknowledge my presence, NEITHER offered to take my arm load of clothes to fitting room, NEITHER offered any assistance, BOTH walked by me serveral times and not a single word or even a glace, although they we're very chatty amongst each other. When I did walk up to check out, the one not cashiering, said to cashier, who was arranging a rack, "can you check her out", and cashier's response was "give me a minute" . It's obvious they don't teach or care about customer service at this location..

BEWARE OF BUYING CLOTHING HERE! I BOUGHT A PAIR OF ROZ&ALI DRESSIER CAPRI PANTS. AFTER FORTH WEAR I NOTICED THAT THE BACK SEAT OF THE PANTS HAD BECOME FRAYED. THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT THE PRODUCT WAS FAULTY. I TOOK THEM BACK AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY DID NOTHING FOR FAULTY CLOTHING. BUY CLOTHING HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Terrible customer service. Rude, impatient and condescending. I have shopped at different dressbarns before and have never had issues. This location has awful management.
