I wish I could give them 0 stars. I made a purchase online which I am still waiting... It said that it was going to be delivered in 2 days and now is almost a month and nothing. I tried to call to get a refund and they denied to do a refund. I lost $100. I AM NEVER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.
The store manager Junior is very polite and professional. When I visit I am always greeted by a warm smile and helpful sales associate. The entire team at this location is awesome!! So much so that I remember Ashley, Jesus, and Tyiana are some of my favorite sales associates. The store is bright, clean and always organized. I drive to this location because of the amazing service, staff and great deals.
I was an Assistant Manager there. Seth hired me everything was great. Soon after he left we had a new DM Mellisa and Everything changed for the worse. Jocelyn who is the manager there even started treating me mean an disrespectfully, I was even accused of things that I did not do. I Strongly would Not recommend this job to anyone. I was treated differently cause I didn’t speak Spanish & I was scolded for showing up early for work early.
Very nice. They have nice sneakers. Excellent customer service. They just get more size 10 in stock for men and some 10.5 for woman. Definitely more size 4 for boys.
Unfourtunate i work here... The worst place to work for... The store Managerv is oppurtunist..always late takes 1hr half lunches works ... The DM dont follow up to see whats going on Is a waste...They don't value people Famous Footwear people don't do it to yourself.
Be careful when you shop in this store, you are on line waiting to cash your merchandise out, while the staff talking to each other, it happen a couple of times when I shop their.
COVID-19 policies in place means only a handful of people in the store at a time. Otherwise my sneaker exchange went well.
