FAMOUS FOOTWEAR

The store salesman was such a professional. Haven't seen a real shoe salesman in years until today. Courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Fast service as well. He had the store looking immaculate and was well mannered. They have a great sale as well.

My salesman Warren was incredible. Had a problem in sizing my Skechers. He made my exchange and completely understood my size problem. Now my new shoe are perfect.

I checked the store hours online before coming, it said they closed at 7pm on Wednesday; however, I arrived at 6pm and the doors were locked and an employee just looked at me with a rude expression and walked away. Unprofessional store with rude employees.

My kids needed some dress shoes and we found some good deals. The store was spacious and organized, friendly helpful staff I recommend and would definitely visit this location again.

The employee was very friendly and helpful. Decent size selection. I purchased new running shoes and a pair of casual slip on sneakers on clearance plus socks all under $100.

UPDATE: NIKEA MADE MY TRIP WORTHWHILE. SHE'S VERY PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL & GOES ABOVE & BEYOND. I also like that they speak when you walk in. Manager was nice as well. I'm a fan again.

I spend lots of money at FF which is why I have rewards and shoes stacked up. I used to love FF, Bowie, but lately the manager's act like they're too good or not interested in helping the customer's. The young female asst. mgr. is not a people person. The manager, Frederick, got too much energy and not towards helping customer's. I had a 15 min. sermon today trying to get help with shoe inserts. He also seemed bother that I interrupted his lunch. I can't imagine how he treats employees. Twice I can see how he's annoyed with questions. He claims they aren't given knowledge of the products and they're reading the same thing we're reading. The young worker tried but we needed extra help. As I explained, you can't sell a product if you don't know a product. Nowaday's, good customer service is hard to find. Worker's just want to sell not give the extra help needed to sell. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store. I had to call about my birthday rewards again but was able to use another coupon. I won't be visiting this location again, which is a great location, until they get employees that realize that if not for the customer's they'd be out of bus. hence no pay checks.

I went to take back my daughters unworn incorrect size Vans just for an exchange for the correct size. The assistant manager on duty told me after my daughter had picked out the correct size in a different style vans that I could only exchange for the same style van. I truly believe that was a lie. The cost and brand were the same what different did it make that it was a different style. Needless to say I just got a refund and took my business elsewhere. No stars for this Assistant manager

Great experience shopping there yesterday....Was immediately greeted by the Manager when I arrived....The manager measured my daughter’s foot...Took me over to the shoes we were interested....Very seamless process. Excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!

Customer service by the assistant manager was spectacular shoes selections was ok for kids no so much adults.. overall please visit this store prices are very good
