I was at this location today at 3:00 pm and the store manager called the police on my ten year old son!!!!! I walked out the door first and held the door for other customers to walk out while my son was standing by the door but still in the store with a pair of ethickas in his hand and ask me to buy them. I said no I’m not getting them and he put the ethickas back! After the police approached me in the shopping center I was so embarrassed and humiliated and shocked and so was my sonI walk backed to the store to ask the store manger for an apology for accusing my son and calling the police on him she refused because she said my son was by the door I said that’s not stealing though and the police agreed with me My son never got an apology she was very rude and refused to give me her name. Me and my son is so hurt I cannot believe what took place but I will be escalating what took place today!!! A card with no name is all she said she was giving me smh All I know is she had dreads I wish I had a picture of her My son really deserves a apology all he wanted was some underwear If I knew the police was going get called on him after putting them back I would had just bought them for him smh
This store offers a selection of Athletic Clothes, Shoes, Casual Wear and Accessories at a affordable price along with a Friendly Environment.
Horrible horrible staff. Rude is not the word. Disgustingly dismissive is a better phrase to describe my experience. Had a decent selection of 2 year old releases in the clothing department tho but everything in the store can be found on the actual brands website. My worst shopping experience in a few years! Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else
Very nice people and got the shoes I was looking for.
Absolute worst customer service. I have come here on two separate occasions and both times were a disappointment. There is no one to greet you, people are just standing around and you can’t tell who’s working. No one offers assistance. You have to figure out who to ask, and they see you arrive and still won’t offer anything not even a hello. I waited and waited thinking someone was checking for a shoe I asked for and no one followed up. I had to ask whether or not it was there if not that’s fine just communicate that. Why have me waiting and say nothing. This by far is the reason people are reluctant to shop in store. Please train these people. This is horrible. It’s ridiculous. Like no care in the world. Just talking amongst each other. I ONLY CAME TO THIS STORE BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY HAD THE SHOE. NEVER AGAIN.
Staff is friendly but the selection is trash. Not sure what happened but the shoes and clothes section for Nike or other main line brands is small compared to other stores. Not sure who's in control of buying merchandise but they don't have an eye for this market and should work on curating brands that work and sale.
The customer service was HORRIBLE. No one came over to assist. There was one other customer but 2 employees. When we asked for help, there was no hello or anything, just what size do you need. We requested for the other shoe to get a better feel of if we wanted to purchase, but nothing was said to us. So we just waited. We returned the one shoe and left the store. The young lady said "Oh you don't want to try on the other shoe?" We said no and left the store. Customer service is HUGH in retail and this store does NOT have it. I try to patronize local stores, instead of going to Amazon or some other online vendor, but this is one of the main reasons why I just stick to online. My online vendor experience has been better than in person:-.
I rushed to get my son here after I left work knowing exactly what he wanted and figured we would buy the Ones and not waste anytime knowing they closed at 9pm...but we got to this location at 8:53 and they had closed the store down and when he looked at the employee at the front she acknowledged us but acted as if we were totally invisible. Smh. So rude!
My teen daughter finds what she wants every visit. She says it's her "go-to" store. Items priced great for my budget! The polite and helpful associates were a plus.
Maybe it is the quality of workers, but whenever I engage in conversation with a floor assistant ,they do not know the newest releases next time you go in, ask anyone if they got the “Sisterhoods” in. The blank stare and confusion is sad. Especially if you have an admitted Sneakerhead asking the question.
