FAMOUS FOOTWEAR

I placed an online order after finding this store had the exact pair of shoes and size my son wanted. I didn't know the store was even in this Shopping Center. Never noticed it before. The store was well lit inside, looked organized, and was nicely presented. My order was right behind the front counter. I gave them my name, they handed me my purchase, and I left. A few minutes of easy online shopping. I am a repeat customer of Famous Footwear for their stock, selection, and price.

This is a great store to shop at! I especially enjoyed my shopping experience because store representative Krystal M. was very friendly and made finding the right pair of shoes for work very easy! Famous Footwear has found themselves a great employee and should do everything they can to keep her!

Wanted a pair of shoes, last pair in my size but they had a water stain or some sort of damage on them, didn't want to buy brand new shoes with damage on them..long story short cashier refused to see the reality of the damage and refused to give some sort of discount so..seriously? Red headed lady not very nice customer service.. I'll have to order them online so I can get brand new shoes like I am paying for.

Why do the online hours and on their own website claim they close at 9:00, yet when I get there, they have a sign handwritten on the door saying they close at 7:00. What a waste of my time!!

This location moved a few doors down to a small store. Unfortunately, I didn't fine any summer sandals that I liked on my visit.

This store is gross. Never the right sizes. Then clearance most shoes are used...look at the bottom of one running shoe and has old dirt/poop still on. AND could smell it. Come on..

After going to Warwick Mall and Garden City without being able to find what I wanted, I went to Famous Footwear in Smithfield and found the perfect iFall water-resistant item. With a valuable opinion from the salesperrson who had the same item and a generous 40% store discount, I purchased the producr with confidence. Realizing later I had an additional discount to use, I returned and was given that amount immediately in a very hwlpful manner. I'm a happy Smithfield Famous Footwear customer.
