I always swing thru here when I'm in the area. I love to browse what they happen to have. Today I left with 2 pairs of boots and a pair of sneakers. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Would be 5 stars but there's always something sketchy going on. It felt like the employees were unnerved and not sure what to do with today's crazy lady. Security? Better training? I felt bad for them.

Very nice selection of shoes. "Several"employees asking customers if they needed help. But, would disappear after they told you where to look. Only "one" cashier with a line of kids and parents buying, back to school shoes. And this person was taking care of returns. Oh, did I mention? Two separate groups of 2etc. employees are visiting with each other behind tall racks of shoes. I wonder why one of them couldn't help at the counter?

The ladies there were outstanding. Found a shoe I like in my size, but the matching one was not on display or in the box. They searched until they found the other shoe. They are awesome!!

I came in a few days ago and I just noticed a manager being very rude to one of your employees. I honestly found that very unprofessional and other people noticed as well. It definitely made others feel awkward and I just wanted to know if this is how all of your employees are treated..

Famous footwear carries the extra wide sizes I need. Few places do these days. Staff was helpful but not intrusive. Found my new sneakers!
