The South Hill Center Men's Warehouse is fantastic! I came in today for the final fitting for my clothes. The problem was, I got there at about 8:55 PM and they were supposed to close at 9:00. Fortunately for me, though, I was working with Trey and Jack! I figured that I was just gonna have to pick up my clothes, try them on at home, and bring them back to the store the next day if they didn't fit. But Trey actually brought out my clothes to let me try them on and even helped me fit up. Trey and Jack stayed twenty extra minutes just to help me fit my clothes! I cannot recommend this location and specifically Jack and Trey enough!
Smoothest suit buying experience I’ve ever had. My man Tyrone sized me up no problem, had suggestions and they were . Vibe was immaculate. Go here and see my man. He will hook you up no problem. Also, him and his colleague had multiple people other people in the store. From what I could tell, they helped everyone in a reasonable amount of time. They did that while styling me for a wedding. Easy and no headache 10/10. Would and will go back.
DISRESPECTFUL My husband and I went to this Men’s Wearhouse a few months back before our wedding. We didn’t want to get him just any suit from anywhere, we wanted to get him a suit specifically tailored to him for our wedding. The individual that helped my husband find the material and the style of suit that he wanted was amazing and incredibly nice. However, when my husband went back a few weeks later to meet with the tailor different person, he rushed through the pinning and the measuring, and would not listen to my husband when he asked for specific requests. Any time my husband would ask him a question, he would roll his eyes and act like it was a big ordeal. My husband came home, very stressed about the whole process, fearing that his suit would not turn out how he would like it for our wedding. When he picked up his suit about a month later, it was in fact not how he pictured it to be. When he said something to the Tailor, the Tailor got frustrated with him. Fast forward a few weeks later to picking it up after they “fixed” it. I was with my husband this time during the pick up, and my husband and I had previously agreed that we wanted his suit to be a surprise to me just as much as my wedding dress being a surprise to him. While I was somewhere else in the store, he spoke to the manager for pick up. She started to pull the suit out and he told her the plan not wanting me to see it and asked if there was a way to keep it covered. She got very annoyed with him and had an extremely snarky attitude with him afterwards. Needless to say, even after supposedly “fixing” his suit more than once his suit was not how he wanted it for our wedding. He is extremely disappointed with how his suit looked in our wedding photos. And we are both extremely disappointed with how they disrespected my husband, and refused to listen to what we wanted done with his suit. I’m putting this information out there, just so no one has something like this happen to them, and it be in their wedding photos for the rest of their lives. I will never be going to this Men’s Wearhouse again.
Absolutely amazing staff. After the Tacoma store completely messed up everything from the pick up date to my measurements. The staff here did everything they could to fix what the Tacoma store messed up. From correcting the pick up dates to having our replacement items overnight delivered so our wedding wasn't ruined. They saved are wedding and I am forever greatful.
I appreciate the customer service and how much customer satisfaction means at this location. I had picked up a tux rental at a different location and had a glaring stain that wasn't noticed until the wedding photos began. Upon return and explanation of how things transpired, the management made things right without and hassle. I will be shopping at this location in the future.
I came into MW to help my husband find slacks and a nice dress shirt. The young man who assisted us was pleasant. However he wasn’t attentive to my husband when he had questions. I had to go find the rep. In addition I had to ask the rep to help us measure my husband so we knew what size he needed for a dress shirt. After trying on a a couple different sizes of dress shirts, my husband finally found the size that fit comfortably but it wasn’t in the color he wanted. After my failed attempts to finding the size and color for my husband the rep finally helped, once again after I asked for assistance. He found a dress shirt with the correct collar size but not the correct sleeve size. And the rep didn’t offer other options. Unfortunately we went ahead and purchased the shirt because we were short on time due to the untimely, and unexpected situation my husband is to attend. MW no longer has the great customer service standards as they use to. For the prices MW charge and lack of service we would’ve been better off going to JC Penny’s or Macy’s.
My fiance and I went into the Puyallup store in Washington and were told we could get a custom suit made for him for our wedding day. We went through the trouble of trying on trousers, vest and suit jackets. Essentially an entire three-piece suit to establish what the correct fit was for his body style. We were then told the jacket color that we picked out was incorrect and was not available for a custom fit. Meaning it wasn't custom. So we picked a different style of fabric which was available. We went through the process of picking the different style of fabric for both the suit bottoms, suit vest and the suit jacket. Our entire process was probably at least an hour and a half long. We were then told after everything was said and done that this was not a possibility to be made because of the size fitting. Again, meaning NOT custom. We wasted at least one hour and a half of our time at the store at least one hour traveling to the store and traveling back. And we were ultimately told that your "custom suits" are not custom suits. We are extremely frustrated and this is unacceptable and illegal to market false advertisement. I forgot to add we scheduled ahead for an appointment and told them our criteria for the suit and measurements.
Man I called two other locations and let it ring 10 times and never got an answer so I decided to call this branch. Tyrone answered the phone on the first ring like WHOA, hats off to you guys! And to Tyrone for being knowledgeable on your inventory and providing exceptional dialogue and customer service
Nik was so AMAZING. He was professional, personable, and extremely helpful. He made our experience of shopping for the grooms and groomsmen’s tuxedos a breeze. We will definitely be coming back for all our menswear needs! Highly recommend, ask for Nik!
Very impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of this place. Trey knew the exact suit and fit I needed for an upcoming formal event - I was in and out of there in almost less than 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this place for your formal attire needs and thank you to the employees that made my experience here phenomenal.
