they treated me well Specialy Silvia I bought this bedroom for My daughter about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it. Just because they do not have the mirror of the vanity. They want to bring bedroom set with out mirror but I say no I want all the set together.

If I could pick 0 starts I would! I got a set of coaches i was told it was good material 1 week later they are falling apart so I call they say  That's my  Warranty that's cover. I took themOut onCredit now I am Is going to be out of a $1000 or with bad credit . Its probably going to be bad credit and I'm taking them couches and sitting them in front of famsa

Less than 2 years old and this is how my couches look already I paid for warranty but was told warranty can’t cover this damage. Quality is cheap you can literally feel the wood when you are seating down. Do not buy from this place! People are rude and do not try to help. I will never buy from them again and I will make sure I tell people how bad this place is.

Unfortunately you have to select a star to leave a review and there's no option for a negative star or absolutely a no star rating because that is where we are with this place. We made 4 calls for help and got none. We finally went up to the store and still got no where. We are still waiting for someone to show up to look over this supposedly new refrigerator that has not made ice in a week. Pathetic is the only way to describe how we been treated. There's not enough space to type the whole story, but then again I honestly believe it wouldn't matter !!!!!!!

Lady didn't take my payment bc I was $8 short so I had to wait another week bc I honestly don't have time but by then I had gotten a $20-something late fee and when I payed the lady $ 360 she wouldn't renew my payment bc I was $16 short  but what made me made is the way she said it like, "nah I can't do it until you pay what you owe us"  but in front of everyone so I said ok I guess I'll come back so I went to my car smoked a bowl   then made the payment over the phone after I came back I told her I made the payment over the phone then she was all like "dejame ver aver si lo isites bien , xq envases como q no lo agarra " then I Said oh yeah and about the late fee I wouldn't be paying it if yall had taken my payment last week when my mom came by and try to make it, but no you had to be rude and say YOU CAN'T  take a payment.... over 8 freakin dollars ... you might think I'm over reacting but I've made this lady my mom not the cashier lol gone thru so much shes gets anxiety over a light bulb flicker; all she wants to do is go home and relax after a hard day of hard work and yall made this lady go back to her car and sit down feeling like the world is gonna collapse or like it's the apocalypse bc she "couldn't" make a payment over 8 ... freakin... dollars...and that's why ladies and gentleman I give this particular famsa furniture and loan store a sad , "1 star" rating...

This place is great. Read the reviews and I still decided to stop by, everything was great. The payments are affordable and it was easy to get a good amount of credit from them. They also report to your credit which I liked because I'm currently building credit. I have no complaints except my sales lady was not very outgoing and it felt rushed. But other then that it was good, they promised me next day delivery and they did so which I wa a happy with because they delivered on a Sunday most companies don't. I'm in love with my bedroom set! So don't go based off these reviews alone I would honestly just take the trip out there they really do have great products.

No respecta la garantia They do not value you as a customer they do not honor the  extended warranty as they say they came to service my stove and because there was a dead beetle on the floor they said they could not service it that is just bull do not buy here

I went to famsa today as.ofJuly 17 2021 i have paid off 2 loans and 2 tvs i was told if i get something like furniture or electronic i could get another loan that's what i was a told lie after i payed my tv off on time i came to the store to get a loan that was a total lie every since transunion took over its really messed up .

I tried to support local business and purchase a stove from here instead of the big chain stores. I asked them if they deliver/install and was told that they will install my gas stove. The sales lady even gave me the connector and told me to give this to the delivery guy when they deliver the stove, they can install for me.  First lie of the day...  Additionally, they told me if i paid cash/debit, that i would get an 8% discount. Second lie of the day... they would not honor the discount and instead offered to give me the connector way less than the 8% off. The connector wasn't even the right size.  When the stove was delivered, they refused to install it because "company policy states we do not install gas stoves".  I went back up to the store to get my $100 back, and they refused to credit me the install money because i "paid for delivery and they delivered it."  Then i told them to come pick it back up and bring it back to the store, and I would come pick it up myself and then they can give me my money back. They told me that I would have to bring it back to the store and they would charge me a 15% restocking fee.  This place is awful. The stove is a piece of trash, and the people work there are even lower than that.

Their customer service is only good when it comes to trying to make a good sale/commission. Only 3 months after purchasing a Serta mattress from them, which was supposedly under a warranty, the mattress pillow top sunk about an inch and a half to two inches, and after going back and forth with them at the store, and over the phone I can honestly say that seven months later, I never got the issue resolved. The so called store manager at this location was rude and condescending, and did not show any concerns with having a satisfied customer. If I am still paying this off is ONLY because I do not want to hurt my credit score.
